I think it's a shade of blue that's pigment is incredibly rare. I don't think they make it except maybe in small batches of oil paint or sell the pigment itself to the highest bidder.
It would probably either turn out amazing and have this super cool marble effect, or look like the flamingo painting I attempted in third grade where the colors blend together in weird ways and clash

Nah it’s definitely white, dark colors are uncommon indoors because they absorb light, any new house / apartment complex gets white interiors
