Great video! learning a lot, thank you Jess! when and if you feel like it, would you be so kind to do a video on how to import images properly in lightroom classic, as I am starting to use it today, and I just imported the files from their original folder, so didnt move, copy, so not sure I am doing it right. I usually would use adobe bridge, camara raw and photoshop work process but never used lightroom, thanks again for the wonderful work you do teaching the dog community lovers so many aspects in photography 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing you knowledge I learn something every video. Please keep up your great work and I really appreciate you sharing, thank you
Jess just wondering what is the difference between exporting to photoshop as DNG file and just going up and clicking on photo and then edit in photoshop? I normally don't batch photos I use lightroom then open in photoshop, edit and send them back to lightroom to export as JPEG files. Thanks for these super informative videos.
My shoot workflow is a bit different to my odd photos now and again, if it's an odd photo it's an "edit in" job, but if it is a shoot, I prefer to have a set of "chosen" DNG files in a separate folder to work through in smaller batches a few at a time in PS, that way, I just find it easier to manage and I have my "starting points" all separate in folders. How you handle the files is completely up to you - you have to find a workflow that works for you and your work. Play around and see which you prefer!
I thought I had covered everything there was to know in LR - well there you go - there's always something to learn. Well done, Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
The subtle Fresh Prince reference. Nice
It was so hard not to finish the line!
