Too young...he died far too young... But I'm glad he never had to age. Such a creation should never have to age. He will forever be remembered in his absolute prime.
Although, too much did we need him to age, so we must reject your comment. Also, he would have been solid until 40-50. And then, with any hope, live until 70-90. He would have gone on to teach Jeet Kune Do and make many more movies, it's really unthinkable just how much he would have achieved and given the world, based on what he already did in not even two decades.

To me personally, as much as he was an incredible martial artist, what originally drew me to Bruce Lee was his understanding of life and what he had to offer to this world. To me his words mean so much more than his ability to kick and punch. But now i understand that it was his martial arts training that had made him in to the Bruce Lee i have come to respect. He trained himself to be more than just a 'weapon'. Now that i understand his way of being, his words, the way he focused, his personality, his ability to achieve the incredible accomplishments he did in his short amazing life is still untouchable today.
Well, it was training from one of the greatest Wing Chun fighters of all time, and then it was years of studying everything he could and endless self-reflection and objectivity, you would be shocked by just how much credit is due to Bruce Lee himself, even though, he himself, said that he owes all things to martial arts. He, too, owes something to Watts, Taoism, his own brain, Yip Man, and countless other writers, thinkers, teachers, fighters, and experiences. He had over 2,000 books, mostly regarding the body and mind. It is clear to see he was not just a fighter, but a thinker. So, in essence, you are right to note this about him. I believe him to be one of the most 'complete' human beings in history, indeed, one of very few in recent history. The harmony between both sides of the brain (his artistic features, his knowledge and understanding, his scientific mind and Darwinian senses perfectly in tune) which formed into one Bruce Lee: a true human being; objective, humble, moral, scientific, secular, Olympic level trained, ahead of his time, the list goe son), the understanding, true understanding, of both body and mind, and the mastery over them.

I heard Bruce Lee did a lot of teaching of military personnel. He taught the art of remote viewing to Defense Intelligence Agency and SRI International personnel (a California contractor). The military use Bruce's remote viewing for years up to present day......Also an advantage of Bruce's mental capabilities were so great that he taught soldiers how to use telekinetic attacks against enemies. From martial arts, to his appearances in film and television, to his philosophies and wisdom for life. Bruce Lee has changed and deeply impacted my life. Currently being 20 yrs old. Bruce Lee's philosophies are helping me tremendously. His words are guiding me into the right path. His messages were universal but also ahead of his time. I can't think of another person famous or not who said phrases such as Be Water My Friend, Express yourself etc. These are the kind of messages and affirmations we need in our world and our society.
