    For simple text automating scaling I have learned to use Canva Pro. It has a "Batch" tool that works exactly like Ryan's POD Automate. I have tried other automation for this, but the same issue happens and those cost $$$, I already have Canva, so no additional $$ needed. I would usually need to resize the text, but I still find it faster then doing each one completely manually.

    Thanks Juna. I have been batching for some time now. It really makes things go easier. Most of my designs are on Zazzle, so I tend to batch by product. I like your other 6 suggestions. I am going to try using templates, especially Kittl. Templates and batching together will really help the process. Thanks again.

    For #7 Get Help... if you don't want to hire someone to do a design because you are a designer yourself, you can hire someone to do the boring bit of scaling a design and uploading. I pay a friend and my teenage son to help with scaling and uploading because those are the boring parts of the job I hate doing and they're happy to earn some extra money.

    I've been using Redbubble doing Add new work except I would do: copy of an existence work.I used the same pixel measurements and make several copies of all my keywords in my title Be Blessed and thanking of many different designs for Blessed and making each one completely different but put it in the copy of existence work and you don't have to move things around on each item like t-shirts coffee cups it all is placed exactly like how you set the first design. And I have discovered that I can make so many more designs copies doing this.maybe this might help somebody.

    Great info as always. As a newbie it's sometimes hard to imagine how long it would take to be on as many sites as you are. I know this is hard to answer, but how long should it realistically take to make 10,000 a month from doing this? And do you recommend being on all those sites(I know each one has it's pros and cons from watching some of your videos) 🙏🏿

    • @DetourShirts
      @DetourShirts  Год назад +1

      Glad it was helpful! Realistically it may take you 3-4 years or more depending how fast you can get your uploads ...... I recommend doing one at a time and focusing one for a good 3-6 months to get to know the POD first... each one is different.... after a while you should find the one that makes you the most profit... focus more of your time on that one.

      Honestly that doesn't happen if you are on the PODs I am on... It's one of the reasons I stopped Etsy... With Amazon there is no customer service involved, no need to email customers, you don't even have to deal with it.

    I'm a newbie in the market, so am in the painful process of learning this stuff. What platforms would you recommend to sell PODs? So far, I've opened a store only on Etsy, but I have read stories of stores closed for no reason. After I made three designs in Redbubble, they closed my account without giving me a specific reason. They said that one of my designs didn't comply with the rules, and that's it. After I asked why, they just ignored me. I'm glad it was at the beginning of my enterprise.

    I'm tier 30,000 and have 6600 US uploads available daily. I use Flying Upload to upload large batches of designs. Flying upload isn't fast enough to upload that many US designs in a 24 hour period. I only upload to US market and let Amazon auto upload the foreign markets so I avoid unnecessary rejections. Do you have any suggestions for filling all my US slots daily?

    • @DetourShirts

      There are much better and cheaper programs than flying upload. Don't forget if you use it for rebubble and other sites like that the site will ban you. Not only do they close down your store but you as a person are banned for life. Plus flyingupload will take 600.00 from your account every year even when you discontinue and ask not to use them anymore. They ban you from getting on their site so they can keep charging you. I had to close down my paypal and bank account because they stole from me 2 years in a row. That is why all the youtubers don't promote them anymore. MUCH MUCH better and easier programs out there that won't steal from you.
