Kumasi estate developers should add sidewalks and covered drains to the plan.. Also they should consider passing the electric cables underground rather than hanging the electric lines on poles
More of this development is needed in Kumasi. Now they should start the Airport city project and I also think the race course land should be made a proper CBD with skyscrapers only

We have state housing estate in Ghana whose focus is only on Accra and Tema as if the rest of the regions are not Ghana I say bravo to the estate developers who chose Kumasi
