Not even studying medicine and I love your content. I want to become a nurse with a specialty on mental health. But I'm on my 30s (almost) and I really don't have the means to finance my career now, since I married my hubby at 24 and we enrolled with the house ASAP. My husband's career is halfway through and it will be egotistical if I decide to start a career to leave both of us with what could be a half career. I think he should go first and finish his degree and then I get on my studies. Unless he tells me he doesn't plan to continue, I go right ahead with nursery.
may the best happen for u, u got alot of patience , n i love tht.
May ALLAH easy ur rute
@@dr_ismail_wazir thank you!
@@ahababkhan6803 thanks a lot
It's never too late. I graduated nursing school at 48 after multiple different careers and have finally found the job of my dreams. You can do it to. It isn't egotistical to focus on your own career. You are in a marriage PARNERSHIP and it is possible to work as a team, so you BOTH make sacrifices to achieve a mutually rewarding end goal. You can do this! Aim for the moon and even of you fail, you will land in the stars!
this is so good *applause*
Bless you

I have a question. At each pulse site, do you count for a different amount of seconds, or is it 30 for all sites? Thanks.
30 for all sites
Just a comment - for apex beat the arrow points to the patient's right and the voiceover says to roll to the left. Thanks for the content :)

What about brachial artery pulsation?
Why do we check the brachial pulse on infants instead of the carotid if they're unconscious and unresponsive?
Hello, which of the pulse spots is the best for a patient that has very weak pulse which is almost undetectable?

I'm so confused. Some sources say that 2+ is the normal pulse grade while others say it's 3+. Can someone clear this up for me?

Full and bounding
A '4' could also be related to pain. (Am I wrong?)
What are you talking about?
@@FrazAhmadMD 'Full & Bounding pulse', and therefore likely tachycardic. @1:25 roughly.
I would add 'pain' to their list.
Fred😂😅😅 1:44
@4:02 - 'part way to the right - not left. (I believe)
