Whenever I’m feeling down, I watch stories about this rescue. It reminds me that to save a life is to save the world and somehow always brightens my day. Prayers to those who lost their lives and thanks to all who believed these children and their coach were worth the effort. I wish we could all learn from this experience and come together as one world.
The recognition and awards they received are well-deserved, and the memory of Saman Kunan, the Thai Navy SEAL who lost his life, is a poignant reminder of the sacrifice involved.
Very interesting fact based presentation, the new format takes it notches. It's a difficult experience when rescuing/helping someone, their reaction often kills you and them. In this case, drowning, fighting..other making a sound or action that exposes all..and others, all resulting in negative results. This was executed with brilliant research.
It’s been many years, one of the boys has also passed away and in England too of all places. Saved by the British cave divers but ended up in their homeland.
I remember Elon Musk suggesting a kid sized submarine but got really pissed off when someone else saved those kids that he called the guy who was in charge of the operation to save the kids a pedophile.
Were you following this rescue while it was underway?
yes i was SO nervous

Having dived for many years and now at the great age of 70 and still diving … I take my hat of to these rescue divers … very brave men 🏴🇬🇧
I have met Richard Harris. He's a good man. Very intelligent, funny, and extremely humble.
That was the most amazing rescue I have ever seen.

The team captain. He had won a scholarship to a soccer academy in England.
That documentary was a good watch I was mind blown
Such a sad situation 😢
While watching this video I Googled the incident. Disturbing to read that one of the boys died in 2023 by sui. 😭😭
Oh no, I didn't know that.
