what he said was so important you guys don't even realize it. he writes over 20 tracks before one song is picked. that means whatever he was feeling for one track he jumped ideas off each track and split it all down to one main idea. and as soon as he makes his track that he knows he's gonna use, t can already see him going back to the other 19 tracks to pull ideas he had later on in the day to make something that he can pull together really fast near the end.
i think it's the plugin steve duda made from the effects out of NI MASSIVE some say he extracted them and made an effect plugin out of it to use it as a VST.
CapnJesus Some say that chtulhu himself stole the said vst from steve's computer to give to deadmau5 so that he could create such divine tunes. Chtulhu ravaged the interwebs and finally was able to rise from the deep web to achieve his goal.
+Jean-Sébastien Nadeau I actually emailed Steve about this, he confirmed it was not his. He also said he can't talk about it, Joel may say what it is. It's likely pre-release software.
This kind of shit makes me want to learn everything and try to do this myself. But it's so damn intimidating. And I'm sure he makes it look much easier that it truly is in reality. I mean anyone can do it but at this level. It's a specialness
