I just discovered your videos about a month ago. I absolutely love your energy in the kitchen. My daughter and I have made several of your recipes together and they have all been delicious! I have been filling my freezer with so many make ahead meals. I’m also finding myself going rogue in the kitchen when I don’t have everything I need for a recipe and just adding whatever looks good. My girls & I have been enjoying going outside in the evenings when it cools down. I dug out a badminton/volleyball set that I bought years ago & we'd never used. I also bought a Cornhole set, a giant Jenga game that stacks to over 5' tall & a giant bowling set. The bowling pins are 27" tall & weighted & the ball is 24". Gives us a variety of things to do without getting bored with any one thing. We'd had some of the best times playing the giant sized games. Giant sized things are kinda like mini sized things....seems so much more fun to play with/use. Even though everyone is over this quarantine we've really made some memories that I'll cherish for life! Seems like I blinked & my girls were teen/tween & spending more & more time with friends. I've enjoyed the slower paced life & the amount of time I've been able to spend with them. Little Eleanor's "drumroll" was so cute❤️

Ok Kim, I jacked that last message up!! My ganache, I do not put powered sugar in 🤦🏼♀️ that.. oh MY, I use Lilly’s chocolate chips, I order from Amazon. The other one I was telling you about is a mousse I make, I make this for my oldest daughter’s, it’s her favorite icing on a cake. OK , so let me know tell you what you can do with that, I’m sure your kiddos will love it!! Heavy whipping cream about (2 cups, it cannot be half and half) beat it till it peaks (tip put your beaters in freezer for a few minutes prior) 😀 then add cocoa powder, more if you want it more chocolatey or less if ya don’t, then add in your powdered sugar (1 cup) more if needed, still using mixer, I add a lil vanilla!! That’s it, it will be air-ie, like mousse. Have pound cake, take chocolate syrup, make a flowers or design on a plate, lay a piece of pound cake put a dollop of mousse lay another piece of pound cake another dollop add a few raspberry on top and to be really fancy, dust some powdered sugar on top.. ok this is a two minute dessert for unexpected company (not during a quarantine 🤣) just eating the mousse my kids always loved and I would add the fruit on top, raspberry’s. Ok now I got it correct, my ganache does not have powered sugar!!😜
