Hi Melissa! Thanks for watching! I’ve gone year ‘round to Venice/Caspersen and found loads of teeth every time. I do not think the time of year matters. Good luck & happy hunting! Jay
Also what you could put on there is small floats that fishermen use on their nets. That works pretty good if you have heavy gravels. Just a suggestion.
Hey man, great video! I’ve been there...I have a small car too and can’t have a 10 foot PVC pipe sticking out the end, unless I want to impale the car behind me! LOL! 😄
The thumbs down must be from the fabric people out there who just watched a pair of fiskers get destroyed. But then again, you have to have a dedicated pair of scissors for cutting stuff like this. Good job with the video.
Is this handy for surf hunting? Easier than scooping sand? I missed the videos where you use thus. I’ll check them out. I thought I may want to use one of these too.
I need to build one of those for my river hunts. My side bag gets filled with water and get heavy. Been finding a lot of nice things in the river with the Treasure pro.
It's so encouraging to watch this and see how inflation has effected the prices
Take a lighter to cut zip ties for a second and it will melt and smooth edges.
That's a great idea to use the nail clippers. Zip ties are always so sharp!
If you take a butane lighter to the sharp cut end of the zip tie it quickly melts smooth
Is there a better time of year to go shark tooth hunting in Venice Florida?

If your zip ties have sharp edges just take a lighter to them real quick.

those poor scissors
Surprisingly the scissors cut better. I thought for sure they’d be ruined. Lol

Great video, Jay. I could have used on of these today, for my water hunt. ;)
