OMG - this brought tears to my eyes because of its beauty (literally). So absolutely beautiful. That villa is such perfection. I yearn for a life in Italy.
I miss Europe so much...all of the history. I live in the U.S. and my dad was in the Air Force and we lived in the outskirts of Paris for four years. We spent a month in Italy when I was a teenager and I loved it so much.
This has been such a lovely treat to wake up and have breakfast while watching your new episode each day. So grateful for you taking us along on your adventures. Truly, thank you.
Tuscany is so beautiful. The villa is stunning. The gardens had an English country feel about it. Imagine living in such a divine place. I love the beams. Holly is so funny I love her so much. She's such a delightful dog. Thank you for your fabulous videos
Good morning 🌻. Villa Michaela is so pretty!! So cute to see Holly enjoyed the flat soft surface of a large expanse of lawn. This place is gorgeous what amazing pots full of amazing little trees, on the patio! Such cool pottery plates in the kitchen; gorgeous chandeliers in the big dining room, amazing Green metal door & how cool are the hidden bathrooms? On & on I could exclaim!! What fun! Nothing like an accumulation of generational money & good business sense & a great big place to put all the neat stuff accumulated by all those smart people who support the Arts and share the Joy of it ! No garage sales needed there!! With the right people, you wouldn't want to leave it! The dusting would be a challenge. (I'm now counting my blessings and trying not to covet!) Wow - that would be a fun place to cook! Your dear friend,Celine has been leading an interesting life! I don't think you've told us how you met one another. Not in my time since March anyway. We think bears repeating , Nicki. Thank you so much for this super stimulating visual. Day 11 might have proven to be what I find the most astounding collection of Italiana I've seen. It's wonderful this villa never fell into disrepair. It would appear all those associated with it loved it . There there is such pride of ownership involved. For dinner - great ! I have something really enjoyable to look forward to when you come again to this extraordinary Villa. Thank you so much!!

If it was the acquisition of money that motivated me, I wouldn't be in my present surroundings. I am grateful I see through that deception. It is a snare that confuses good decision & moves people in a wrong direction.Nicki made the right move. In the meanwhile , it would be wonderful when we all can freely move without travel restrictions & freedom to enjoy wherever we want to go, staying as long as we want to stay, with no regard to getting back to where we belong.

The villa is spectacular. The decor is so beautiful. Hard to describe the bedrooms, color, window treatments with so many bedrooms but each one is decorated as Italian as it gets. You know where you are when you wake up! Tuscany!

So beautiful, the bells and the tress and Autumn leaves with the citrus fruit made it perfect. Holly racing around was lovely to see. What a fabulous kitchen to cook in. Even I might be inspired to do some cooking if I was there.
What a beautiful and delightful villa. It's been through many hands. The kitchens are something else! I love those decorated plates. Can you imagine being the owner and entertaing in that georgeous diningroom seats what..26? All those bedrooms and hidden bathrooms even a hidden john...LOL! It seemed like a rabbit warren or maze and at each turn I got more curious as to what surprise was coming next. Now the chapel was something special, because as you showed it, i was unaware to whom it was dedicated. My interest was piqued by the clock tolling the chime for the hour. I immediatedly recognized the hymn. The chapel is deicated to the Aunnunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the hymn be it in English or Italian is called, "Immaculate Mary." What's next? Is it Portuguese or more Italian, can't wait to find out. Davide

I've never seen Holly running like a whippet! She was adorable. I would love to have a house chapel and a bathroom in a wardrobe! The bells were playing Ave Maria, and I loved the door knocker with the grumpy mans face. A storm ripped off the trellis where my passion fruits were growing, so its fab that those are thriving in the villa. I really enjoyed this video. Thank you, ladies!

The bells were playing Ave Maria, and I loved the door knocker with the grumpy mans face. A storm ripped off the trellis where my passion fruits were growing, so its fab that those are thriving in the villa. I really enjoyed this video. Thank you, ladies!
