    I also use yoga and yoga enemas for pain relief and pain management.

    I'm definitely a 10 on the scale. When I try do 20 I flare up. I really want to learn to pace and get stronger in 2022. It can feel utterly hopless though. :(

      That is great you know your start/baseline. It does feel like an enormous task but one day at a time and one focus at a time :)
