I drilled the tensioner so the sleeve goes through rather than the wheel hanging on one screw seemed to work, i use mine on a jump bike an I find it doesn't hold tension when you land hard so only suitable for road or xc use
Have the same one but chain would alway get loose cause the tentioner would slip under heavy torque. Need a good spring tensioned one but not many quality options
I have the same tensioner, and my chain has started falling off constantly. Like within the first half dozen pedals. Any recommendations on fixing this issue?
The tip for cutting the sleeve is very helpful and clever! Thank you
Really useful video! Not sure about cutting mine, but we will see.
Nice video
Thank you I appreciate it more videos coming shortly

I just had my wheel break itself into three pieces. Anyone here know of a better pulley wheel?
Hey dude I have a question did you have to change your chain length for this kit
Do you think this is durable enough for an enduro/dh bike?
I am not 100% sure but it was pretty tight when I had mine on
The chain tensioner is built for DJ bikes and short track.
You use it for trails, no wonder your having problems.
Nice video
