I have the same screen you have But when I try to get into Bios when Laptop is booting it ask me for Administrator Password that I don't have so I'm Stuck ! This all started after a Factory reset Where I wipe the drive completely and started from scratch, It was working GREAT I was going to give the Laptop back to my Granddaughter when I decided to do a check for any updates with windows and that when I ended up with this problem ,I have the same screen your showing and I can't get any were with It any suggestions ??? You have to unlock the bios with the right password but if you have forgotten the password, you will need to reprogram the bios chip.

My all in one desktop HP computer shut off in the night Im guessing but I a medical records CD was left in the CD player and i guess when it cut on and booted up it was trying to read that CD so ???? did it mess up my computer is my question.
