The midwest reference I kinda chuckled at. The old farmhouse my family lives in doesn't have one at all. Of course we always go out and watch, so it'd never get used anyway. XD Love the look you went with for the starter cottage!

@khugg just try not to be hard on yourself ok your builds are great if I make a world and build something I would delete my world bc I am not good at building

Its like you turned around and POW a build the ciwers cant get emotionally attached to bc we didnt get to experience it with you. Listening to building and mining is why i watch cozy lets plays, so dont worry about being boring or something.
Nothing specific, just a great location. I do have the “Biomes O Plenty” mod installed for this series, I’m not sure if the affects all areas of the game though
