Try 3/4 oz orange Pompano jig on dirty water and pink pompano jig on clear water, they are fun to catch on the jig, great episode man 🔥

You gotta get a foot pedal for that trolling motor man. Then you never have to take your hands off the pole. I learned to use a pedal for bass fishing and it’s so convenient
nice work with that light tackle. I think I may have tried to keep it from getting to that mangrove and put too much pressure on her.

What's the best inshore combo for a beginner like a 1 rod do it all?
I would probably recommend a 3000 or 4000 PENN Battle IV combo. That will get you started for sure.

How much is it to fill up in gas a boat that size ? 🎣💯
Great question! The 18 EVO holds up to 27 gallons of fuel and gas being around $3.00 a gallon it would be $81 but typically I dont fill up past 20 gallons just because Ill never need it in a day of fishing and it just only adds more weight. During the day I ran offshore I must have ran around 80 miles and burned around 7 gallons.

For winter my top 3 fish are sheephead, redfish and black drum
Cold Temps are great for Specs (crappie), sheeps, reds.

It’s funny the difference between easy coast and west coast fishing, I have to use 30 at the heaviest here fishing jetty’s for snook
why is that? i can use 60 in my murky water and they chew it

You hurt that Snook's fins bad with that net 😢 think u need a bigger net or maybe just hand land the fish if it's to small for net poor tail was bleeding bad please practice better fish handling I know was probably accident but u def hurt that fish.
