Post credit scene has a bloodied up Liam Neeson giving dagger eyes, limping into the store returning the box of Trix, and looking like he was betrayed by his best friend

OMG the Tom Brady part... "Who is that?" I keep forgetting outside the US, He's just another normal guy. He's not just an American Footballer, he's THEE American Footballer. Like Beckham, or Messi. (Hated him so much for years because he kept winning for a team I hated) but since his retirement, his greatness is undeniable.

Also, an American Footballer is someone who plays association football (soccer) who happens to be from America. "Football player" is the correct term for someone who plays gridiron football (American football and Canadian football).

Guys, it's not really popular, don't know why, but 'a million ways to die in the west' is another movie by seth macfarlane (Ted, family guy) and has the exact same humor. You will love it for sure and the popular reaction channels have not covered it! Be sure to put it on your watch list

Ha! Patrick Warburton in a Tick cosplay costume is a shout out to Patrick Warburton himself as he once played the titular Tick character in a short lived live action Tick show on tv years ago. This movie has Inception levels of comedy gold.
I love that show so much. My favorite quote in history is from batmanuel: “Alone is an unfortunate predicament. Lone is an aesthetic choice.” 🤣
You forgot to mention the fact that Patrick's lover was played by Michael Dorn, and though you might not believe this... played Lt Worf in Star Trek The Next Generation. Who is who he was dressed as at the Comicon

"No one cares about Star Trek, budget Star Wars." Seth Macfarlane actually does love Star Trek. To be more specific, there's like 10 star trek shows, and Seth loves Star Trek The Next Generation. There is even a video on youtube with Seth when he was a teenager playing Star Trek with his friends. He loves it so much he even made and starred in The Orville. Which is basically a reskin of Star Trek The Next Generation.
Literally Seth is one of the biggest Star Trek fans out there lol
Not to mention the dude with Patrick Warburton is the guy that plays Warf on Star Trek Next Generation

No Michael Dorn played Worf. Whom he dressed as in the comicon scenes. Patrick played the Tick, whose he dressed as in Comicon scenes.
But Patrick also is the voice of Joe in Family Guy and yes i believe he had a part in Orville.
Also Seth actually was in a couple episodes i believe it was Star Trek Voyager. Small role of a rando crew man.

Beyond the fact that it was first, they were also so different in scope. They were incomparable. With what Disney have done, and what Bad Robot did, both franchises have been trvialized into generic action dramedies in space. But they used to both be amazing in their own ways.
Both are gay
George Lucas said more than once how he was a Star Trek fan and was inspired to make Star Wars because of Star Trek. Trek has over 7 tv series and 12 movies. Star Trek inspired flip phones biometric security devices and high ranking military and political figures to visit the sets and order DARPA to copy and create tech based in Star Trek sci Fi tech. Not to mention almost half of the developing world's population are fans, alienating them would limit your fan base.

I loved how Patrick Warburton and Michael Dorn cosplayed as discount versions of the characters they played on TV (The Tick and Worf).
No one cares about Star Trek? 😂😂😂 Michael Dorn, a literal actor from the show, was in this! He even cosplayed his character!
Yeah, trek is still going strong to this day, stronger than ever actually with Discovery, Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks, oh well, some people just don't get it

To put it in perspective, Tom brady is to American Football what Messi or Ronaldo are to Football. One of the greatest of all time, no questions asked.
He also played for New England and won 6 championships there. They are from Boston, which is the heart of that region, so he would be even more loved. He is basically a god in that area.
I still don't understand why they'd go for Tom Brady's sperm...the man has deflated balls.
It's probably surprising to Americans to realise that there are people outside of the USA who don't recognise or follow their sports legends. Many of whom could walk about virtually anonymous in many places around the world.

The funny thing about Ash trashing Star Trek is that is that Seth McFarlane, the director/writer of this movie and the voice of Ted (and the creator/writer/voice of Family Dad) is a huge trekkie to the point the plot of this movie is based ona Star Trek New Generation episode called The Measure of a Man. McFarlane went into creating Orville which is a Star Trek parody. Ash should get into Star Trek soon, he will become a fan right away, i know so for sure.

Being from Boston, let me tell you, the Filenes Basement reference by Ted. This store in Boston was legendary. Ladies could get top quality clothing, gowns etc so cheap! The Bridal Gown sale was like what you see at Walmart at Christmas now. People(women) climbing over each other, tug of war with gowns, fist fights. It was “wicked” awesome

What's interesting is that they could just edit in lines for Ted in post-production, so the actors probably don't always know what Ted is going to say at the moment of filming.

There's no Ted 3 sequel, but there's a Ted miniseries that's really good. There's also going to be a second season of it, originally there wasn't going to be.

One of the depressing suggestions at the improv show is "9/11". Mark Wahlberg and Seth McFarlane were scheduled to fly on American Airlines Flight 11 that morning, but Wahlberg's plans changed, and MacFarlane got to the gate too late to board.
Imagine losing these two on that day... on a good timeline, trump would have been on that plane.

Yes I did rent this & watched it with my toddler son's. They absorbed the whole movie n one sit & were thunder buddies or life thank you very much
Wasn't this movie but Zombieland. My friends and I went to see it and just as the stripper zombies were running in slow motion (yes, bitties flopping in slow motion is amazing!), but at that part an elderly couple, easily in their 60s, got up and started dragging their grandkids out with them. Apparently they thought it was going to be a kid's comedy movie.
For some random comment reader out there: They missed the post credits scene and cut out some of the best jokes so I highly recommend if you haven't seen this yet for yourself don't treat this one as a market substitute it's worth it on this one to watch the whole thing.

@@tonyhoable That's like asking who's watching someone play a game they haven't. A lot of people including me, this is the best way to see if you actually want to see something. If you really hated the 10 minutes of a movie a reactor is allowed to use it's a good bet you won't like the other 60+ minutes either. Why waste your own time and money when you don't have to?

HEY ASH! I was an adult when Ted came out but my mom insisted we go see it with my very conservative christian grandmother. I kept telling her it wasnt a cute teddy bear movie and it was made by the creator of Family Guy... she didnt believe me and kept insisting. I finally gave up and we all went to see it.
I thank God everyday that my grandmother went to the restroom right before the Garfield scene 😂😂😂

I was 4 years old when my father took me to the theater to watch a robot movie! I was so excited. He didn’t know much about it, he’d only seen the film poster, but it looked like it had some awesome SFX, and what young father doesn’t love Sci-Fi?
20 minutes in, I watched Officer Murphy get surgically taken apart by shotguns. First his right hand, then the rest of him. Oh, after THAT nightmare he _did_ become a robot. Finally I watched the police, the good guys to my tiny 4 year old mind, attempt to take him apart again! I was traumatized.
The year 1987. The movie? Robocop. Don’t worry dad, mom still doesn’t know. Not about it, OR about Starship Troopers. Thunder Buddies for life, Pops.
i was 9 when my mom took me to the movies; iT was indeed the toilet poster that made her think it was a kids friendly movie and we got weird looks from people constantly. My mom soon found out why

Patrick Warburton was the first live action Tick in The Tick series, and Michael Dorn was Worf in the Star Trek The Next Generation series 87-94 in Star Trek Deep Space Nine series 95-99 ( also like to add that the woman from the adoption agency was also in DS9 series), as well as 4 Star Trek movies Star Trek: Generations 94, First Contact 96, Insurrection 98, & Nemesis 02, and in the Star Trek: Picard series in 2023. Dorn was also in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country in 1991 but was playing a different character since the movie takes place decades before The Nesxt Generation series start.
I saw ted with my dad when it came out. We knew exactly what we were doing, I was able to get in and we had a great laugh. Awesome film 🤣

Dude, there is no need hatch a fudge dragon on Star Trek. The newer Star Trek, maybe. From 1966-2005, that was brilliant. Seth McFarland is a massive fan of it and even made a pardoy/love letter to the franchise with "The Orville". That you two would absolutely love.

The Ted tv show is fantastic as well and doesn’t hold back which was a fear of mine but Seth did an incredible job and it broke screaming records. Please consider watching it as Season 2 is coming too
