That Chara( that has become concept ( monsters in this game are concepts and ideas) of determination as most determined being to ever live before death) used her determination to determine player being guilty and as punishment game'd world deserving some Corona. Huh, so that's why if you choose I have places to go, all main characters crossed, and what is Chara's plan if you stay with Toriel, Chara can posses you, which is easy the more integrity and dignity is lost ( also known as sell soul, if you don't loose it , you can't be possessed) , this time while you watching and goes to create the virus.
