[Sheet Music - Please check the description]
Hi! Sorry for the late upload! I caught a cold last week. I am getting better, so I was able to prepare Schubert - Fantasia in f minor. The original piece is composed of 4 hands playing and consists of 4 movements. Typically, 4 movements are interconnected and played without pause (20 minutes). For the preparation of the performance on RUclips, I had to prepare a solo arrangement, and play only first movement because this piece is too long. As I commented above, the first movement is connected to the second movement. So, I had to arrange the last parts to pause after the first movement. Thank you so much! Have a nice day and Be careful not to catch a cold (Coronavirus).
Uma palavrinha em português aos seus admiradores?
Could you maybe share the sheet music???
I am sick right know thats a curious fact.
Because everyone knows when you got a cold you play music -.-
nice to see you back

The font makes this so much more original than other comments like this... haha
Synthesia Geek everyone on Tik tok uses that font, I bet that’s where they got it from
Can someone teach me how to this pls
clearly you didn't
I don't listen to lots of Schubert, but after hearing this beauty, I might start listening to it more
Thank you, Davis!:) There are lots of good Schubert's piece. Try to hear.:)lol💕
Like?
I’d recommend Schubert’s sonata D.664; Ständchen; Impromptu No.3 in G - Flat Major, op.90, D.899;... I mean there’s a lot of his wonderful pieces but these are one of his most famous one so definitely check these out!
Schubert's not an "it". Learn grammar.
@@varunsathya-composer1404 It referring to the music. Learn reading comprehension.
I played this piece in high school with my friend, the four-hands version! Brings back memories, such a beautiful composition. Lovely performance as well...well done!
It's really good piece. Thank you!!:)💕
@@Kassiapiano I just rewatched the video and realized you don't alternate fingers in the opening when the note repeats...I've never seen anyone play it like that. Do you find that more comfortable than switching fingers when repeating a note?
I also switch fingers in other pieces. In my cases, it depends on the pieces. In this piece, to control the small sound, it was comfortable for me. I typically focus on the elaborate control of the sound.
@@Kassiapiano That makes a lot of sense! Whatever you're more comfortable with will always be the best choice
❤️❤️
yes yes yes fantasia
Thank you, Brian!:)💕
Thanks, Druk(Another Round).
Ahhh, Schubert's Fantasy in F minor, such a wonderful classic of Schubert's. The harmony in this piece amazing. I am extremely impressed that you made an arrangement of it too! Me and probably many other people are hoping the other 3 movements! I mean, you did such a good job with this one, arrangement-wise, and playing-wise! The delicate touch of your fingers on the piano is so beautiful, and I see you are using it to your advantage! Keep going Kassia! You are doing amazing!
Hi, The Classical Nerd!:) I will consider other movements. Thank you for your kind words and suggestion!:)💕
Боже, какой звук и какое чувство... Стою на коленях и целую руки исполнителю.. пианисту.. божественному
This music should never die out!!!!
I think this channel is so amazing! This channel is so young but outstanding. Kassia even has pieces that other piano you tubers don’t have. Keep playing!❤️
Thank you, Drew!:) Please keep watching!!:)💕
As a casual listener of most genres of music I really appreciate your videos allowing me to listen to classical pieces I would never have found on my own.
There are lots of good and easy to find playlists on spotify.
With a heart filled with endless love for those who scorned me, I wandered far away. For many and many a year I sang songs. Whenever I tried to sing of love, it turned to pain. And again, when I tried to sing of pain, it turned to love.
Franz Schubert
This song gives me visions of falling snow and walking through a winter woods or plane as it all falls around you.
So calm yet I can feel the fantasy.
Oh Kassia, I feel like I say this every week (though I doubt you get tired of it), but you're just so absolutely talented. This was 100% beautiful, thank you so much! 💜
Hi, Casey!:) I will upload video every week. Thank you so much for your support!💕
It travels me,with a sweet melancholy,to places that i want to be.Calm, peaceful and quiet.
I love these musical pieces that unfold their force not at the first time you listen to them, but after a certain period of time. And that certainly applies here. What a forceful piece and what a brilliant rendition. Thank you for that!
If you don't know, this is not the full piece which goes on for about 20 minutes. I highly recommend listening to the whole piece. There's just something special about it which makes it my favourate piece from Schubert and it also reminds me of the novel "1984" for some reason. All I'm saying is that if you haven't listened to the whole piece, you aint seen nothing yet!
It’s interesting that it reminds you of 1984 as this piece always reminds me of Brave New World, which is a novel that is very similar to 1984.
Wow, didn't know there was a version for one pianist for this. Such a beautiful piece with the mourning main motif.
Omg i didnt know there was a 2 hands version. I'm so gonna learn this. thank you kassia for sharing this beautiful playing!
Thank you for your words, bronx!:)💕
Did you learn it?
And now ? 😝
I am so amazed by classical music. Even though they exist so long, there are so many wonderfull pieces like this to discover.
One of my favorite songs from my favorite pianist
Thank you so much!!:)💕
Kassia this may be a lot to ask but in the future could you play Chopin etude op 10 no1water fall 😁
I love this solo piano version of Schubert’s Fantasy - stunning arrangement and performance! Thank you so much for sharing here, Kassia!🎹🌹🎵
I love solo piano performance too.
I just woke up and you've already made my day. Thank you!
It's so happy that my performance has a chance to make your day. Thank you!!💕
Been waiting for a solo arrangement of this piece for so long. By far my favorite piece by Schubert. Expertly done!
sweet, delicate, musical and without any harshness, totally satisfying . Your playing has a very rare quality!
Ugh, I’m so late this time... well, I’m still allowed to say my opinion right? Haha!
Schubert surely wrote some amazing pieces, he often almost seemed suffering from bipolar disturb (while he played and composed): with this piece we can see a common aspect of his pieces, that is the almost immediate jump from a calm piano section to a strong and almost oppressive forte section, which eventually turns back to the piano one, then follows the conclusion, which is almost every time a repeated phrase slowly fading away while doing a correct ritenuto or rallentando.
Playing the piece following the dynamics the composer wants is so hard, often harder than playing the notes themselves, but after accomplishing this attainment the pianist feels truly glad of his/her own skills, but as someone says: “We may think that we have finally gotten to the destination, but that is the moment we discover that the destination was only the Starting Line”
Kassia, you’re truly amazing, younger than other pianist with your same skill and devoted to you Passion more than We could imagine; you are also great at making arrangements!
Following the quote I cited, I think that in some years I’ll found you on all Newspapers, TV News, Internet as one of the best pianist of the Century, you will arrive to a point where you will be considered a Pianist at the same level as Martha Algerich, if not even more!
I wish the best for you, your passion inspires me to play better, and your performances make us feel thunderstruck and amazed.
Thank you, thank you very much!
It's no matter that you left comment late. I always appreciate your comments. And, I can feel how much you love classical music. Your kind words always make me delightful!:) Thank you!💕
전부터 잘 듣고있어요 넘 좋네요 감사합니다☺️
клавишные инструменты величайшее изобретение человечества. )
It brings me back to the movie Madame Sousatzka with Shirley MacLaine in the main role and her pupil Manek playing part of it on the piano!
My man Franz Peter Schubert back at it again with a new single. Good one
This piece has to be my favourite piano work from Schubert even though it is very hard to choose. It contains so many emotions - and this is only the first movement. The solo arrangement is amazing and the performance is as always flawless. Well done and thank you - those performaces are great.
There's just something about Schubert's music that always gives me the chills. I don't think he was as technically gifted a composer as, say, Chopin (who I also adore), but there's just so much soul and tragedy infused in the guts of Schubert's music that it always makes me emotional when I hear it--it's like being punched in the stomach. For that reason, sometimes I think he's my favorite composer (it's tough because there are so many good ones). Also, really nice playing, thank you for sharing.
This is by far my favorite key to listen to piano music in.
me: I'm gonna go through Kassia's playlist and choose the pieces that I like for my playlist
also me: puts literally every piece in playlist

This is so beautiful Kassia, thanks for sharing ❤️ hope you're feeling better from the cold
Hi, AP Piano!:) Thank you so much for your support!💕
Beautifully played, as usual!
Thank you, John!:)💕
i’d like to offer this comment to the RUclips algorithm gods so that they may bless this channel with many views and subscribers
Big coincidence, I just played this piece with a friend Sunday at a concert. It was sublime.
In all your pieces, you reach to pass something other than the notes themselves, something that can't be expressed in words ; each time I listen on of your interpretations, I have the impression that the piano show all the facets of the work that you make it plays.
Even if it's a bit late, I just wanted to let you know that for me, many of your interpretations are the bests that I can find. And when want to listen some piano work, I first go to your channel.
PS. sorry for my bad english, I'm french :)
I didn't know this piece, probably because I don't know 4 hands piece much! Big work to arrange it, it's lovely, thank you!
Just back from my job and Kassia upload the video. Amazing as always!
Wow good.:) Thank you!!:)💕
Incredible. You've managed to perform this piece which is played usually with four hands while using only two.
I also see that you've modified it a little so that it is only 5 minutes long, yet it doesn't feel like it is edited. Good job 👌
i love schubert's pieces this piece is so meaningful ✨❤️❤️❤️
My favorite is Sonata B-flat major. Thank you for your interest!:)💕
+ Drei Klavierstücke 💕
@@Kassiapiano ❤️❤️
Beethoven's opus 31 no 3 is my favorite piano sonata, and I would love if you uploaded it in all four movements separately!
I love the piece. This is the first ever Schubert piece i really love

Man what a perfect piece to watch for my study break. Beautiful as always!
Thank you for watching, Paul!:)💕
I cant over that delicate touch.... great playing Kassia
Hi, Eljo!:) Always thank you for enjoying my performances!💕
Very expressive! How long did it take you to learn this?
and some people say classical music is "boring"
Awesome :) Schubert is always one of the most consistently good composers to me. Thank you again for a wonderful performance!
Thank you, Christo!:)💕
@@Kassiapiano from that universe
It is like a miracle. I wish I could play the piano. And learn to play this piece. You’re lucky to be able to do that! Beautiful performance! Take good care of those fingers!
If you want it, you can have it.
This is the first time I hear this piece for only two hands (one of my favorite from Schubert), Kassia reaches the same result, even better!
haven't heared this one yet. sounds great as usual.
Some seconds in and it's already good lol
💕💕
High level of both artistry and techniques
Great playing! Cant wait to hear what you are going to play next!
I hope you get better from that illness speedly , as You've always made us happy with your brilliant playing✳💟Kassia
Another round film❤️
Hell yeah
Splendid performance as always Kassia...cant wait for more pieces
Your sound is absolutely mesmerizing
Thank you so much for your complement.:)💕
This is so mind-blowing - the piece is already challenging enough for 4 hands... taking me everything I got to play the secondo... this arrangement and recording are AMAZING, musically and technically. Congrats!
only the first minute of this song is beautiful
Thanks Drunk !
Слушала впервые, очень понравилось! Спасибо.
진짜 볼 때마다 너무 아름다워요..

I love the pace of your version.
You play just like I composed it back in 1848. Never gets old.
*Schubert died in 1828 bruh*
Great playing! This piece is beautiful! Thank you for introducing me to yet another beautiful piece!
Thank you!!💕
I'm about to play this piece with a cutie in a week for a recital, what a coincidence! even if it's missing some harmonies and a bit of melody here and there,I have no idea how you can play all those voices ;_;
It's hard play well.:) Thank you for your words. I hope that you will finish your recital well!:)💕
kassia respects his followers i apreciate that
Love this piece! Beatifully played.
Great to listen to while writing a lab report!
It's good!:) Thank you!!:)💕
One of my favorite classic music.2:08 that was my favorite part,really thank you ;w;
Your music moves me so much. I have invested in quality headphones after i have subscribed to your channel, just to do your performance justice !
Excellent interpretation of this masterpiece. I would love to see an arrangement of Strauss Sr.’s Radetzky March sometime soon.
It's very interesting.:) I will check it. Thank you!!💕
This is really beautiful kassia
Как же шакирно!! Очень приятно слышать композиции в вашем исполнении.
What a wonderful piece! You truly play it good
This is the best version i've ever seen

Beautiful performance Kassia! I always love it when you post new videos!
Schubert was a genius. Beautiful performance, congratulations Kassia! :)
Btw I have a video suggestion. Some youtubers made a compilation with the 10 most difficult pieces they played, you can do this, or if you want to be more original, you can make the 10 easiest pieces you've ever played in your channel!
It's very interesting!:)💕 I will consider it. Thank you for your suggestion!:)
@@Kassiapiano okay :)
You are welcome!

This is amazing!! I love this piece!
Thank you, Jacob!:) I love this piece, too.💕
Muito bom ouvir essas músicas no piano e parabéns pelo dom de tocar piano
Schubert is beautiful, and your performance is always top-notch. Thank you so much for sharing!
I love this piece. Never knew there was a solo version of it. Well done! 😊👍
I think she arranged it
So exquisitely beautiful.
You are pampering your viewers with each video! Much love!!
Thank you Kassia! You are a fantastic pianist, with a beautiful feel for the music. I heard this piece on the film "Druk" ("Another Round"), a wonderful Danish film (highly recommend to all), and was absolutely transfixed by the melody. I enjoy playing, and would love to learn this song, but the solo arrangements are for the full piece (sadly a bit too long/complex for me), and what you've put together here is perfect. If you could find some time to transcribe this to sheet music, I know I (and a number of others, judging from the comments) would be eager to purchase a copy. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful talents --each performance is exceedingly inspirational!
It's really nice seeing a comment section this great. Shouldn't be surprising given how amazing this playing is though lel
Amazing, as always ❤️
Thanks for your hard work, your plays makes my work hours a bit more bearable, especially this early in the morning ^^
Please, keep up the good work. You're awesome.
