    Thanks for the Sustain CC 0 tip, solved an ongoing annoying problem with that, cool…. And for the EQ settings, I was ready to give up on this thing, I’m digging it now, thank you!

      Absolutely. I highly recommend their Pianoverse too. And SampleTank 4Max was just $49 for 18,000 high quality instruments. If you can swing it Total Studio Max is a great package. IK Multimedia is knocking it out of the park

      @@DarthAxiom71 Managed to get Syntronik 2 on a great deal a while back (electronic instrument based), but ST4 @ $49 is insane value, so I'll look at that now for sure! .... and SSD upgrades (!)

    Yes the volume drop IS normal switching normal-soft.
    The hang up you experienced is the trouble with being tied to a VST/computer.

    Nice demonstration!!! Is it possible to shift the overall sound in octaves so that is possible to layer it to a piano sound for example?

    One question:
    How do you get back to the "home screen" of the overhead console view, from the "controls" screen?
    Thanks

    Open the program. On the main screen there is a compensation adjustment to correct for the volume difference when switching the percussion on and off. There is a small silver colored box that looks like it has a very small volume control in it. It is located to the upper left of the screen, just below the words ‘ORGAN’ and ‘STOMP’. A page will open allowing you to make additional adjustments to tailor the sound to your taste.

    This is amazing. I had a B3 and this sounds simply great. I'm just finding ot about this... what do I need to buy to do this?? I have a tyros 5 keyboard can I use this?

      Tony I was using a Motif 7 light weight keyboard, a volume pedal connected to it and a sustain pedal which controls the Leslie simulation. That's it!
      This thing is so much fun to play - I am sure you are going to find that out right away ;-)

      @@tlprincipe Tony, the B3 plugin is inside ProTools and my keyboard goes directly to the MIDI interface (it's a MOTIF 7 with lightweight keys) - that's all!

    Does it have velocity sensitivity? I know a B3 isn’t, but my Roland 60’s-70’s exp card is. It’s a biggie used to control percussion vol & more.

    • @TheIvoryman
      @TheIvoryman Год назад

      You can make customized adjustments to the percussion and other aspects of the sound. Hammond B3-x does not, however, respond to velocity.

    Can anyone recommend a good quality 61-key midi controller keyboard that would work well with this app?
    I know such a keyboard won’t have waterfall keys, but it should have sliders to control the drawbars, right?

    • @TheIvoryman
      @TheIvoryman 10 месяцев назад

      A Nektar LX61+ keyboard would be a very good keyboard to use with any of the software based Hammond B3 clone wheel organs. It has a full compliment of 9 sliders, and several switches and knobs to control all the organs features, in real time. I use a Nektar LX888+ (same exact features as the LX61 only with 88 keys) as one of my controllers and it’s has given me very good service for a few years now.
