Yaw is controlled as in any classical helicopter via foot pedals. These pedals change the angle of attack of the upper rotor, leading to a small difference in torque between the upper and lower rotor, which then lets the helicopter yaw. At the same time the pedals are connected to the articulated vertical stabilizer. The stabilizer supports yaw control, especially during autorotation. RotorSchmiede is actively looking into alternative propulsion systems. One Wankel engine configuration has entered ground testing with one of the VA115 prototypes. We think the price is quite good compared to competitors which ask for 200k and more. Right, they mostly have two seats and there are also cheaper single seaters than us. But we offer a complete built and certified helicopter. Ready to fly.

The only issue I have with this is the drive belt. Granted, it allows you to put the transmission up high in the engine down low.

Not a safe helicopter....too many smart parts on the blades can cause disaster...fix blades almost ZERO problem set up...
