i dont know them all, but so far i know
sea bass, horse mackerel, dab, anchovy, barred knifejaw
So far, the ones I’ve found needed for recipes are:
Red snapper
Manila clams
Barred-knifejaw
Anchovies
Squid
Sardines
Horse mackerel
Sea bass
Seaweed
Blue marlin
Carp (not a recipe, but you’ll need one to make “carp on a cutting board”

@Poopy1234 when I asked about what fish do I catch to get the recipe I meant that what ones will you get a recipe for just by catching it, like when you catch the knifejaw your character will say “oh, I can make a recipe out of this”

Glowing moss does respawn day by day! I harvested all of it on the first day and the third day I checked back and there was more there

Updated they do grow back! Just in very small quantity like 1 or 2 a day
I didn't get a glowing moss item after doing 5 houses on DLC. I got a vine lamp DIY. It's lovely though :)

can confirm, glowing moss grows back on the hhp island but very slowly!! i took all of the vines and glowing moss with me yesterday and came back today and it respawned but was significantly less. i think only 3 glowing moss and 5 vines respawned.
so if you go there every day and take everything with you it shouldn't be a problem to stack up on those items eventually

seeing as how they have ALL of the new 2.0 items and can clip thru objects i’m gonna guess they have some hacking abilities of some sort 🤔

How on earth did you accumulate 9 million nook miles?????? The most I’ve ever been able to reach was 100,000
The max I’ve ever had has been about 160,000, and it thought that was a lot! But then I saw her nook miles lol
I think they used the glitch. However some people really just can't stop playing

There’s more moss diys!! I just got a suspicious cauldron diy that uses moss and iron nuggets :)
My first rides with kappn were
- normal island with brewster
- glowing moss x3
Then a lot of crop ones
So far, the glowing moss pond I'd my favorite. Especially customized purple!

Thanks for making this video! I really want to have the whole glowing moss DIY set, I think glowing moss is one of my favorite new features in the 2.0 update but my favorite DIY is probably the glowing moss pond!
My diy on a glowing moss island was a vine chair, I was a bit sad....am I the only one? Thanks so much for this tutorial!
I'm pretty sure I got a food diy on both of them. Haven't got any glowing moss ones yet.
Vine stuff is still pretty nifty, but I do have to admit the glowing moss stuff is definitely cooler looking.
I need the Glowing Moss Boulder for my Earthbound themed island. One of the custom colors will be great to use for the Meteor Site!
i really wish we could go inside furniture like bathtubs and pools/ponds. i think people did a glitch that made it possible, but it wasn't a real feature, and i wish it was!!!! if we can lay in beds and sit on chairs, i wanna get in my bathtub ;-;

I haven’t got a single special island from Kappn’ they’ve all been regular islands.
@@judy952 same I haven’t got any new diy’s apart from cooking and nook’s hasn’t had any new furniture I’m happy for people that have been able to have fun with this update but I’m getting frustrated that I haven’t seen any of the new features apart from the coffee

my favorite glowing moss item in the set is the pond, i used it to a build and it looks STUNNING, a few days later i had an aurora in my island, and it looked so cute

I don't see this mentioned anywhere but if you have the HHP dlc you can actually get 1 moss/ivy DIY per day inside a message bottle on the beach, the same way it happens on your home island. so no need to wait for Kapp'n taking you to a glowing moss island ✌🏻
i think i might be a year too late, do you still have the glowing things on the treasure island that i can subscribe too? I just discovered that these things exist, my island doesn’t have 3 stars yet but can i still go there to get glowing things?
My text in the airport that says “I want to go to work” isn’t in Blue text like I’ve seen with some others. It is the same color text as the other options given in the airport? Why is that?

Do the glow-in-the-dark stickers count as part of the glowing moss set? I got the DIY for them on one of my glowing moss islands, and they can be crafted using 5 glowing moss.
I don't think they count specifically toward being in the glowing moss set, since they don't have the words glowing moss in it, but they go nicely with it either way.
They are in the set actually because they have the same background and appear in the same area as the other moss diys
I want to toss in, my son hit 3s on his island. Wasn't able to get Kapp'n or Ordinances. Next day was KK slider visit. Next day was the Kapp'n and Ordinance unlock. So I think it is actually tied to KK has to have visited (which yes is a 3s island) but note it is the day after KK.
I am waiting till either next payday or Christmas to get the paid DLC but I am looking forward to eventually getting glowing moss vines and the new DIYs. No luck on the few kappn tours so far 😂
There is also a DIY for musical notes that you can put on your walls. This was the first DIY I received.
Hey these diys are me favorite. I haven't got any yet even though I've gone to glowing moss islands.
The glowing does come back when go the dlc, you would just have to check, and see if it does come back every time
how do i harvest the moss? i just end up picking the entire thing up.

Well I don’t know how I can gain a lot of glowing moss dots but maybe I can start once I start to play happy home paradise when niko finds a glowing moss diy I think but honestly my best bets to getting glowing moss diys is from happy home diys or islands with glowing moss so it’ll be worth it but I can always get some glowing moss from hhp and or an island with some of it on the ground for me to take but even if the glowing moss in hhp can’t respawn it’s alright because I can go to someone from twitches island to get stocked on glowing moss

Just the same way as the other moss diys. Bottles on moss kappn islands and bottles on the paradise planning beach

Hi! I’m having the same issue with one of my islands. I’ll let you know when I figure it out. Also, can you let me know this: do you have a three star island? Did you update your game? Have you been to Harvs island at least once? If so, is your Harvs plaza unlocked? Have you unlocked K.K. Slider?
I don't know how to see what my island rating is. Also no I don't have k.k slyder but same thing with Harv's island I don't have it. I'm missing booster as well I'm not the best and it might be cause I'm young and don't really know that much. Sorry for the trouble.
If you change your camera lenses the glowing can be one brighter :)

Ones I’m still missing: Boulder, jar, jar shelves, wreath, and hanging. Despite me having 5 more to collect, I constantly keep getting duplicates and it’s annoying. I especially want the hanging moss because it looks amazing but no luck so far

I was going to grab a ride from Kapp’n AND I GOT A MOSS ISLAND AND GRABBED THE DIY IN A BOTTLE AND I GOT THE GLOWING MOSS STOOL AND THEN I GOT NOOK MILES FOR 150 DIYS 😃
