Scope of Practice - Are you working within yours?

Very helpful for all staff. This should be yearly revisited as some organizations due to lack of staff coerce their staff particularly the casual.

I agree, it's definitely a topic to be revisited regularly and for people to know and be able to state clearly their scope of practice so they aren't coerced into moving outside it.
