Thanks for your videos, i have watched most of your tutorials, all of them are about modeling. Your videos quite helped me to model of structures, especially steel structures. But tutorial about load assignment ( point , line , surface , earthquake , wind load ) are very rare in TEKLA , and analysis and to check the model ( i.e. members , joints / connections). Can you please upload such tutorials if it is possible in TEKLA? Thanks again.......
Sorry, Maurice Dimba. i am a student. i installed tekla struture v21.1 by default environment, so very hard to follow your step I like your Menubar slice style very interesting and very smart toolbar can I get the same your menubar for easy to follow your video step please introduce me. Thank you very much for your kind
Trying to find a video on utube Maurice but not having any luck. I’m doing a drawing for a small canopy over petrol pumps. The stanchions are 193.7 circular hollow section spaced 6 meters apart looking from the end view and 5 meters for each frame distance. The roof truss is 139.7 curved with a radius of 20 metres. My problem is how to make a connection between the upright circular stanchion and where the curved (circular)roof truss meet. Can’t seem to be able to find a connection in the vault. Can you help please. Tekla 20.1 is what I’m trying this with. Thanking you.
@@MauriceDimba Jeepers you weren’t long getting back to me about my problem. Thanking you very much. I’m new to Tekla Structures. I have gone through all the connections that I can see in the vault of Tekla Structures 20.1 and cannot find Tube Saddle. I also forgot to mention that the tubular roof truss extends beyond the vertical tubular stanchion by 2500mm. Have you a video of a similar connection? Thanking you
Hi, Mr. Dimba, could you make a video on generation of a complete collection of 2D drawings (marks, assembly, GA etc.), please? It would be very interesting
Thank you sir now I'm using 2017 version. In that version I'm perform a numbering the whole application is closed. What is the reason behind.? Please help me out sir
hi mr.dimba . I have a certain big question for you. Can't we make certain equal lenghted pieces of curved beam on modelling it.You know in sap2000 we use edit>edit line command to get the certain equal lenghted pieces of beams.I am trying to do this during 2 days.I made searches but didn't finalize the situation. And also in my thinking we have to get the certain points on beams to lay down the purlins. Also if you go further on this video and show us to applicate translucent fiberglass it would be great tutorial for us. Thanks for your attention and we keep eyes on your videos.
Noted, but to adjust length of the curve double click on the curve under beam properties go to position move down to end offsets and enter your adjustments on Dx(start)(end)
Hi mr.dimba I think u couldn't understand just what i said. here is screenshot of the beam that i wanted to show you i.hizliresim.com/rJVOa7.jpg you see the joints.we can put the joints in order to make the distances between them are same on beam. But i can not do it on TS. For example the total lenght of my curved beam is 10 meters and i want to divide this beam into ten pieces in order to put the purlins by 1 meter distance of each one.I wish i explained the exact issue and clarify what i wanted to.
