You are a Pro, Don. You know I have always heard "bad things" about travel agents all around and therefore never reached out to one. They say "they ALL about business ONLY, but it is not true; is just like everything else "bad doctors, good doctors",etc. --Thank you for all the information on this, it is very helpful. aww thank you. the good thing about me is being an agent is not my main source of income so I'm never even tempted to turn to the dark side lol. I'd rather people have a great time and come back to me again in the future. I love hearing about clients cruises when they come back ( well most of the time lol )

I am working my way through my CLIA certification right now in 2019. I am an Expedia CruiseShipCenters agent. I have also done all the training for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Holland America, Avalon Waterways, and Norwegian so far.
I don't know if you've covered this yet..i tend to forget...lol... but..if I'm Canadian and want to go on an Alaska cruise do I still need a passport.? also...im so glad you have this channel...ive always wanted to try a cruise...but have been terrified to make a mistake and the cruise be awful!!!! so thanks again...good see youre feeling better!!!!

No question.....just use don. I plan to go on my first cruise after all this corona stuff is over and I'm 100% using don based upon his attention to details in his videos. Some of the other agents on youtube are all about the sell in their videos but don speaks the truth good and bad.

Do you mean that we go to "travel express" for example, and see all the agents--including the one you're dealing with--on that website? In other words, I'm dealing with Jane Smith, the travel agent. I don't go on her personal website, but the company that she works with; THAT website?, which is "travel express"?
How do connect with you to go on one of your group cruises. Also as a handicapped person using a rented scooter on board the ship anyof tips or tricks toget make it easier for me. I am in Cincinnati ohio. I have watched a lot of your videos onthe u tube you really haveto great information on all of the them with things I never thought about now I have learned about from you and itis has been a big help.
