I'm attempting to find the video. But if anyone else finds it it would be very helpful for his case if it was to go to that level or if the Lawyer wants to fight it.
Riley came to Eric July's business and then Eric July decided to speak about it on video with Nick R that is a lawyer. Eric said to Nick that he wasn't scared. That's when Nick said if you're not scared you don't have a case. Then the next day Eric July fired a police report saying how he was scared so this harassment warrant would be on his file.
That right there is a very big deal because he very much lied if you can find the video because he wasn't scared he just wanted to say that he was so he can have legal action against him and he got that information from a lawyer what is all on video.
It should be very clear that you can easily fight a lawsuit if you know somebody spoke to a lawyer ahead of time before they went to file a police report just so they can get a warrant out for your arrest. When his original statement goes heavily against what he said in the police report.
(Maybe this is why people like myself become lawyers 🤔)

And you'll still lose, hard. You can easily not be personally scared there at that moment, yet be scared that the ignorants will come back with a gun, or harm others etc.
One does not preclude the other. You have to have reasonable fear when you get the order, that's all it takes.

What was said and has happened Model Lights is that. He said he wasn't scared of the person and he also made fun of how he looked and smelled. Then he spoke to a lawyer publicly on video and he said the same thing how he wasn't scared so the lawyer said you don't have a case then so then the next day he made a police report from the proper statement what the lawyer told him even though there's evidence showing that he never felt that way... So stick to Lighting 👍

1st issue I noticed. There's no reason Eric would know that Riley has a warrant coming. If Eric was informed, that's not a constitutional requirement.
"Intent to harass, abuse, ALARM..."
Riley did say he would hold Eric down and cut his hair off. Joking or not is irrelevant because Riley moved to Eric after this statement was made. This means Eric was within reason to say he and his staff were in fear of injury or other harm. That's no longer mere words.
If Riley had left it in writing or simply spoken, there would be no charge. That's mere words. So the expansive language of the law is otherwise useless. Speech alone is not enough to show intent.
Texas, like many states, has laws that have not been challenged under the 14th amendment. Free speech Texas has a law against profanity in public. I believe it's a misdemeanor.
Unless Eric has moved to Riley after makint statements intended to alarm, I don't see how Riley can also say that Eric committed a similar offense. Simply and repeatedly commenting on a platform purposely open to public comments does not show the intent needed.

@@TheeJosephSantos Riley went to warehouse LAST YEAR, Eric kept feeding police stuff on Riley until they issued a warrant THIS April.

Riley should just plead no contest. He'll get a fine, get on top of Mint, and then he's back on his other saddle all in the same-day.
@@TheeJosephSantos Pleading no contest is accepting guilt. Riley is not guilty. He could be in SOME techinicalities according to the law. But not only is he not guilty in all charges, he also has justifiable reason for the other charges.
Law isnt just about throwing charges for fun, sometimes those exact aplicable charges when given proper context, no longer apply.
July knew the warrant was a thing because he spent over half a year pushing for it.
Furthermore, another issue isnt so much as "Texas vs Riley". Its the Rippa vs Riley.
Texas has decided that it has a case against Riley, sure.
But Rippa has also decided that he is therefore correct.
As if Riley was a nobody that attacked him for no reason.
Rippa is the one that literally took Riley's business away.
And Rippa's own excuse is what?

Rippa CLAIMS that he is innocent of the aggression but also claims that if someone where to reveal that he was guilty,it does not matter because the other party wasnt strong enough to stand up to him.
What a lot of people miss is that the issue isnt or will ever be "Riley WAS stalking him though"
The issue will ever and has ALWAYS ever been that Riley was attacked for literally no reason by Rippa and all Riley ever wanted was to know a reason why he was attacked.
Not once has Riley attacked Rippa in any worse way than Rippa attacked Riley.

Yeah and at some points, no black people were allowed to own warehouses but i dont see anyone in the Texas law enforcement actively lynching Rippa either so the law isnt always actually correct or morally right.
The law is always a technicality.
