We are back baby! My wife was craving some chapos and she is still at her parents home in Old Town for the Post-partum 40 days stay, and then I remembered her mother makes the best chapos so I thought i should join the chapati party we dine in old town, we don’t know how she does it this perfect but she always does it free style there is no specific recipe she eyeballs everything and the end results is always to die for MashaAllah.
Guess what you know I always got you! Here is a recipe that you can use for your chapos.
3 cups Unga wa Dola all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon vegetable ghee
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
Vegetable ghee (for pan searing)
