In the original they are much harder to guess because the shadow versions isn't shaped as the pokemon itself. Like that Purin (Jigglypuff) being just a circle before she stands up
I always love it when the eye catch sequences display additional information, like the stand charts in Jojo. I wish they would do it with more animes, like the wanted poster sequences in one piece could display the character's current bounty, constantly updating with every achievement the character makes.

Cheers.
No problem, it's my pleasure ^^ I'm really glad the videos are helpful for you
I have no idea why but the evangelion eyecatch used to scare me more than the series it self when i was a kid
I forgot how much I loved eyecatches. Thanks for the compilation.
I was not prepared for that final one. That hit me in my soul
Return of the King
That eyecatch for Urusei Urusei is probably my favorite one next to the last two eyecatches that would show up for the rest of the series.
It's been a while but good to have you back. Love your videos

ドラゴンボールのアイキャッチ大好きだったな〜懐かし〜
Wow. The Japanese "Who's that Pokémon" has its charm.
I was so confused on what eycatches were, then i was like "Oh! Bumpers!"
Ive been calling these bumpers all my life
