I have a problem, when I offset it there is two images, one offsetted and the other is still normal on the same layer

When i do filter other offset 600 600 it doesn't throw the image to all 4 corners. Just the 2 bottom corners. What am I doing wrong? thanks!

Photoshop is a bit funky right now. Take the offset that you get in the bottom two corners and then go back to the original shape make a duplicate of that and then offset that so it ends up in the top two corners. You’ll still do 600 and 600 but it’s probably -600 and -600. Then you go to go.
