Florida is being built for the wealthy and big business which is most to gain with no state tax and a business friendly climate. Miami will be the next Singapore. Republicans which has been picking on California now are silent when this same problem is in their own backyard. Florida needs a balanced economy that helps all economic classes and not just the wealthy and big business. The problem is the state is basically a service economy for tourists and wealthier retirees which widens the gap between the rich and poor.

Stop corporations and management companies from buying up residential homes. Go back to the rent formula of looking at average income in the area and rent should equal 2.5 - 3 x the renters income. In other words a person earning 3k per month, can pay rent capped at 1000. per month. The area income has got to be a factor in the market rent to prevent what we see across America

If you get some form of welfare you can’t make a certain amount of money, you can’t have certain assets. Not able to save for a rainy day. They all said California's homelessness problem was due to the liberals running the state and that was a year ago. Now they are all silent including Tucker Carlson and sean Hannity because it's happening in RED Florida. So they put that propaganda to bed.
