All the pictures of Fonzie make me reflect on my high school days as a braggart. I think the Fonz is holding his thumbs up for all the other action figures to smell.
I had the Fonz and his motorcycle, they were Super Cool 👍👍👍👍. Ralph had the jalopy on the show. Fonzie's thumbs used to flip up and down. The motorcycle I had I remember it was one with the wind up crank like the Evil Kenivel stunt set. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure that it was like that. I miss my kid toys I used to have, wish I still had them all. 👍👍👍
My Dad went out of town for a work seminar and brought me back a Fonzie figure. They weren't available in the town we lived in, so I was thrilled. It was the original boxed version.
I had a Fonzie doll and a Happy Days pinball machine in the days of way back (1970s). I met Henry Winkler at a Comic Con in Philadelphia several years ago. I got his autograph, took a picture together, and shook hands. Unbearably cool guy. WHOA...👍
@@Sammy_Boy_Smith This wasn't recent. That 'Happy Days' pinball machine was a Christmas gift from 1977 or 1978. I wish I still had it though. It was fun to play with. But thanks for asking...👍
Didn't have these, but loved the show... which I only started to watch after they had it on reruns. Anyway, if I _did_ have the figures, I would've played with them on: Sunday, Monday... Happy days! Tuesday Wednesday... Happy days! Thursday Friday... Happy days! Saturday... ah, crap, I forget the words!
I thought Fonzie was cool as a kid in the 90’s when watching reruns. This show had Pat Morita as Arnold, a little while before he was Mr. Miyagi in The Karate Kid.
I saw Karate Kid before I ever saw a Happy Days episode, so I was surprised when someone pointed out to me that Arnold was Mr. Miyagi. "But he doesn't talk like Mr. Miyagi!".
Not a toyetic property, not enough explosions and violence. If Fonz had a retractable switchblade that'd be a start. Why not Scarecrow & Mrs King figures? Knot's Landing or Friends? Equilizer very maybe. A-Team & Airwolf, oh yeah!
Friends action figures Ross comes with "fat drinking action." The Rachel and Monica apartment play set cost way out of their pay scale but some how you can afford it. The Joey doll comes with all of Chandlers' clothes. The Phoebe doll is just a copy of the same doll that played her sister on Mad about you. when you get tire of playing with these you can go on a Break. I know way to much a bout this show.
I guess you could have Fonzie and the Happy Days gang join the army and play wartime scenarios with Hasbro's G.I. Joe. I think the Adventure Team was popular when those figures were being made. Or you could have them take on Mego's Planet of the Apes. I would love to see Fonzie tell Dr. Zaius to "sit on" a banana peel. Or Fonzie, Richie, Potsy and Ralph could date Barbie and her friends at the Malibu beach house. So there were TONS of play scenarios.

had 2. Fonzie is a high quailty figure with a nice jacket and jeans. If you are a collector at this scale it's a nice figure. Plus he has spring loaded Ay action. Also had Richie.
I dont see much play value in these either, unless you have them go to The Planet of the Apes. You can have an Arnold if you reach over to the Karate Kid action figure line.
Are these the same scale as the Star Trek figure? if so . The enterprise away team could have beamed in to the Fonzie Garage and scotty could have hooked up Fonzies bike with some dylithium crystals. Spock and the Fonz could have taught each other the neck pinch and Jukebox hit. then Kirk and the Fonz would have a big fight over all the girls with the fight theme music playing.

due to too many 'chinese connections' (Bruce Lee movie shout out), i do not shop at walmart. there r also many (too) reports of over sized persons without an interest in being healthy. // those chinese buffets did their Job 3:14. no one ever talks about it, but the chinese buffets of the 1980s and 1990s really made a lot of workers too overweight and unhealthy. during the gwbush era, 2 million+ manufacturing jobs moved from the usa to main land china. many companies moved due to the healthcare costs of their workers and their workers' families. I've been watching Happy Days on Pluto lately. It's a nostalgia trip. I saw
Fonzie jump the shark!
Whenever my jukebox went wrong, I'd just throw my Mego Fonzie at it and was fixed. 😎

I caught the show on reruns in the 80s with my dad. He loved Happy Days.
That car appears in the intro with Ralph driving, it appears in a few episodes too.

Where u get that pinball machine then? U buy it from an arcade or mini mart or something?
I'm jc

If u were like me, we played with mego AFs as hand-me-downs, so they were always half dressed.
I had The Fonze but not anything else. Mego came out with them again a while back and I got a Richie and use him as a Star Trek crew member
I'd recognize the Johnny Switchblade action figure anywhere.

What no Arnold's dinner could have reenacted the time Fozi jumped the 15 garbage cans on his motorcycle and slammed into the chicken stand 😂🍗🍗🍗
They missed a set. Could have had Fonzi in his bathing suit, a pair of water skis, and a shark
In the early 2000's, the toy company FTC did release a set like that. But without the shark.
@@MRaadesigntoo bad. Could have named it The Jump The Shark edition.
@@michaelmcfarland1716 Fantastic idea! I agree.
I'll remember the jalopy I believe it belongs to Ralph's malph
They should make a chachi action figure played by scott baio and plus Joanie Cunningham in the happy days figure line erin.moran rip
I've seen the boxed version, was about to buy but the Fonz was in pieces. And they wanted mint prices.

Well, they did make a Walton's line, sooooo.....
@michaelmcfarland1716 ughh. What a disappointing set of figures to be gifted. I'd have to make Jonboy a ninja or something.

Aiiieeee
Fonzarelli was his last name
Yep and it’s first name of author
Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli
It was Ralph's car. It was literally in the opening credits.
I used to have the Fonz.

Scaled to boss around the Mego superheroes and the Welcome Back Kotter figures too!
And you could use them as crew for your Star Trek Mego Enteprise. I put everybody on that thing and I'd close it up and carry it around outside.
that's Ralph's car. In the early episodes when they filmed outdoors on location he had it in Arnold's parking lot.
I've seen these around. I think they're remaking them too.
No Joanie or Chachi ?
I dont see much play value in these either, unless you have them go to The Planet of the Apes.
You can have an Arnold if you reach over to the Karate Kid action figure line.
My wife has a fonzie action figure
It’s been THAT long since you last saw Happy Days Junkman???
i cant even remember last time
I can see putting on your dad's leather jacket pretending to be Fonzi, but toys. Never knew these even existed.
I had Fonzie
Nope once again I never had any of those toys.
I had the fonz . Not my choice . Maybe the gayest figure I had with his movable thumb . Not so much happy days opening this at Christmas 😣

Yes!!!
Where's the play value? Re-enact going to Al's Diner and hanging out? It's just not as interesting as sci-fi and action adventure toys.
