As someone who's been around teenagers I can confirm this is accurate 😅, not only did they bring down cups, they finally brought back out silverware, bowls, and plates😅
Nope that doesn't happen in my house cause I actually parent and teach my kids and those who don't get these results from their lazy not taught to pick up after themselves kids so it's the parents fault💯
@@cynthiahernandez6314 same, my mom would get onto me whenever I had dishes in my room😅. Also, so everyone doesn't think I'm a parent, I'm not, I'm 26 1/2 years old, I don't have kids, but I've been around a lot of teenagers (cousins and friend's older siblings/younger siblings).
Bought SIL a set of lock n lock containers (because I couldn’t find bowls and lids for leftovers) for Christmas. Full set, like 20 bowls and 20 lids. Following summer there were two bowls and one lid. AND she had her family buy her a bunch of glass bowls with lids for her bday (1/11). Got back for summer vacation, she had only about a half dozen left (one fewer lids than bowls). One kid at college, one in her own home. One left that was hardly ever there. They’ve gone thru at least 7 sets of dishes and twice as many set of utensils.
@@cynthiahernandez6314lazy lol. They're bringing it down aren't they? Not waiting for someone to come clean it out for them? Might not be as perfect as your kids but sometimes life just gets away from you - especially when you're a teenager with a lot going on.
It amazes me does every girl now a-days do this? I remember growing up and that would never happen! My girls were the same way! One is 46 the other is 39, my car and bedroom never looked the way theirs did. I drink water in my car and the cup comes with me when I get out. Lol
I was thinking the same. It's a modern day phenomenon as I too am a cup queen. It's really just ridiculous but I get thirsty and have to have my drinks. I like ice water, the cheap carbonated waters, lemonade, unsweetened tea, iced "hot" chocolate, and strawberry milk with lots of ice. Smh. I need help. Lol. 😂
Buckle up ppl bc Amy hasn’t had enough sleep or coffee! This is normal behavior from young ppl!! To the idjits who are commenting that this is lazy and the parents fault…you are in for a rude awakening. I’m a grandmother so I have much experience. My kids had/have many chores on farm, did great in school, and college. They worked hard. Did some things slip through the cracks? Of course. Are you REALLY going to get bent over water bottles?? Congrats, your kids always picks up after themselves every time. Mine didn’t but would go back later and clean bc THEY HAD MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO! Act like you’re a perfect parent and your kids are perfect. Go ahead. The day you think everything is perfect is the day you’ve lost the war. Perfection is an illusion. So go ahead and call other parents lazy. I’ll be here with my popcorn when you come to your senses.
Omg that is so true with teenagers. Especially after you just got the kitchen all cleaned up and in walk my teenager with arm full of dish from their room. Lol
Hey Heather! I love your videos and I am so inspired by how you provide for your family! Is there any way you can make a budgeting video? I would love to hear your process for how you calculate what you need at the grocery store. I always overspend vs what I actually need. God bless you and your family!❤
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can relate Izzy 💯 My room is always filled with glasses and bottles of water. It's gotten so bad that my sister says she knows whenever I'm visiting her because she starts seeing glasses of water everywhere.
Lol. My hubby laughs at me because I have 3 cups I use every day. One is for juice, which I use for breakfast, then one I use for my Diet Dr. Pepper, which I drink 1-2 a day, then the last one is for my ice water, which I drink a minimum of 5 cups a day and eat the ice.
Oh my goodness! That sounds just like me!! I drink 1 regular soda though. I usually drink it with my lunch. But I have a special cup for it and I like ice in it. Then I have a cup for my morning juice, and a cup with ice water in it that I drink throughout the day. 😅
I was like that too when I was a teen, I’d have to do it every 3 days since we didn’t have many & then my mom had us take them out daily & we had only one for each of us. We’d wash it in the morning & fill with water for the night. We were only allowed water in the ones with straws.
When we get low on cups or bowls. We check my daughter's room and car. I was waiting for Heather... "Come wash them" which is usually what comes after my kiddos purge.
Ohhh noooo..Izzy it's time to wash them!!😂😂😂😂😂
😂 and wash and wash and wash!! 😂😅

Somehow our spoons and forks disappear all the time and no one knows why 😁.

At times we felt like our kitchens cups, plates, bowls, utensils and cooking pots/pans relocated to my teenage sons bedroom!!!
And then they move out and you can't find certain things that is until you go visit their house. ❤
Izzy, I would never of guessed that you would let cups pile up in your car. LOL!! You seem so organized.
Love Izzy❤😂😂😂😂

Omg that is so true with teenagers. Especially after you just got the kitchen all cleaned up and in walk my teenager with arm full of dish from their room. Lol

I was like that too when I was a teen, I’d have to do it every 3 days since we didn’t have many & then my mom had us take them out daily & we had only one for each of us. We’d wash it in the morning & fill with water for the night. We were only allowed water in the ones with straws.
Oh you’re a safe parent! lmao I could NEVER do this in front of my mom. I’d NEVER hear the end of it. She would probably make me throw them away.
This is so funny to see! 😮😮😮😂😂

She is so cute, with those beautiful eyes, that is ok just as long as you clean them 😊😂😂😂😂😂

We have to be related😂😂😂😂
For me, it's hair products & and makeup and snacks. I try to use plastic bins to organize my car bedroom.
My 23 yr old granddaughter does this too! Brings down the cups and glasses and leaves them for me to wash !
When we get low on cups or bowls. We check my daughter's room and car.
I was waiting for Heather... "Come wash them" which is usually what comes after my kiddos purge.
I think my daughter must be related to Izzy. She cleans her room and suddenly there are 9 mugs in the sink.🎉❤
