The problem is a huge amount of the tax paid by the people go for absolutely unproductive purpose. It does not go to build roads, bridges or airports, instead it goes for super expensive cars, luxury mansions, extremely high security for each of the elite and family, foreign tours and eating expensive meals. The awaam is financing this wasteful expenditure.
On top of this, the super elite Establishment has gone ahead and contracted expensive dollar loans with the Chinese, who have supplied super expensive gold plated projects. The power plants now have high tariffs which is unsustainable.

Tax filers are just Sitting Ducks for FBR.
He seems representative of FBR. When it comes to Institutional responsibilities, he says unfortunately and blame all things to common people who are trying to survive in his hell situation. It is common that victims are culprits in Pakistan.
fbr says rental property income (1month income is for us and 11 month is yours)
I think also charitable expense is reduced income altimately income reduced so tax slap will reduce, while also some charitable institutions over invoicing charitable expense to reduce income altimately tax reduced
