1. there is still an option to view seed phrase, but yes sab tabah hogaya to nahi hoga if you don't have a seed phrase
2. to recover we need either 2 cards or 1 card and 1 device - itna minimum bachake rakhna hai - cards gum gaye to they also sell cards and device alag alag se bhi

I think they are audited by wallet scrutiny so definitely secure and also I am using Cypherock to backup my ledger and metamask seed phrase.
