THANKS!
😃 To all the wonderful people who have supported VideoRevealed 😃
This is an old video, but still the best one out there. Very helpful.
Thank you for this knowledge. Not having organized folders is truly painful.
Sr...it´s admirable the way you transmit your knowledge and share it with others...your videos are really, really helpful. I´m very glad to find people like you here. Thank you very much.

Great videos. deserves 1000x more exposure.
Thanks, I wish for more exposure too.
+VideoRevealed we experience this problem aswell on our channel. professional content doesnt get the recognition it deserves on YT. hopefully it changes one day!
It's so frustrating when a video with the promise of seeing a pair of boobs gets millions of views and valuable videos sit in the darkness. Oh well.
Been editing with PP for YEARS, never knew about Smart Folders...Just subbed!!
Thanks for the support!
Super awesome. Helpful. Thanks.
You're welcome!
great work
Thanks!
You deserve 1million subscribers... 😍
Oh I wish!
Hi Colin, thanks for all the fabulously helpful videos. A rooky question if I may. I'm trying to save on storage space. How would you manage this scenario - I have just done an interview which was 1 hour in length (41gb's of 4k, x2 from 2 cameras i.e. 82gb's). I'll only ever use about 3 or 4 minutes of the footage but I'm left with these massive files, most of which is unneeded. How would you manage this so that you can keep only the bits you need and delete the rest? Wold you just make a sequence, chop out all the footage you don't need. Export the sequence of the good stuff (at highest quality possible) and then just use that exported file as your footage, which you then use in a sequence to add in b-roll etc? Is it that simple or is there some other way to handle this? Would love to know what you do so that you don;t end up just storing all this unwanted footage in your old video projects. Thanks. Steve (from Highland Perthshire, Scotland).
That's what the Project Manager is for. Here's a tutorial:

VideoRevealed thanks that’s very useful 🙏
Sir..if I open ivon view inside bin then the videos are not arranged according to name..in list view they are arranged properly..how to correct this
You can sort by many different criteria in the Project Bin. Click on the Name header to sort by Name.
I look for the organization on a general view. For example, if you have footage, music and sound effects that you will use in 20 different projects, do you COPY these files 20 times in to the folders of the 20 projects? So, if you have media that ocupes only 20 GB of space, but if you copy them 20 times on behalf of the 20 different projects, you end up with 400GB? You WASTE 380 GB . Do you have a video about master projects?
Each person is different. I have central locations for things like graphics, stock video and music that I use in many different projects.
Hello. How can I organise the media according to the time and date they were shot? Thank you
Have a look at these steps: imgur.com/a/v9gdb
Hi, just subscribed.. your so intuitive and very easy to understand!! Very few have that hands step by step simplicity! Would it be possible to hire you for an hour through zoom... I have a small project I’m working on and need to track an image ... I’ve seen some tuts on it but would like if you would show me? You should be an instructor on Udemy... hopefully you’ve heard of it!?

Excellent. Thnx
You're welcome.
Why is that flashing computer screen a good idea?
I tested it with the younger crowd and they loved it. It's been removed from all my newest tutorials for about the last year or so. Sorry for the distraction.
Great great channel! Subscribe and watching! Cheers
Wow, thanks so much Julio!
