- David Lloyd presents the 1995 Official History of Lancashire County Cricket Club with action from some of the club's greatest triumphs and interviews with Clive Lloyd, Brian Statham, Jack Simmons, Jack Bond, Farokh Engineer, Geoff Pullar, Harry Pilling, Peter Lever, Paul Allott, Mike Watkinson and Michael Atherton amongst others.
Fabulous, I was absolutely enthralled! Lovely to see footage of the Gloucestershire match...I've lived in Newton-le-Willows for most of my life, great to see a N-le-W boy - David Hughes - become a Lancashire legend!
As someone who was born in Lancashire, this is an interesting and fascinating video. So many great players have played for the Red Rose, a few of them will go down as the greatest players of the game we’ve ever seen.
I worked in the committee bar for a year in the early 2000's for a bit over a year. At the time I didn't quite appreciate how much of an honour it was to serve Clive Lloyd and especially the don of Lancashire himself Jack Simmons. He is the cricketer's cricketer.
the 90's is what i remember the most especially defreitas's 5 wickets against northants..great upload

Unfortunately England not able to conserve there own sport popularity
I mean the other sports that are replacing cricket's popularity are British too (Rugby, Boxing, Football).
