  • We’re all familiar with Chick-fil-A, known for their great food and efficient service. Operating 3,059 restaurants across 48 states, supplying and managing these restaurants is no small feat, and requires technology and teams that can move as fast as their service.
Starting from a monolithic, slow-moving application that served their internal teams, Chick-fil-A engineering has been restructuring not only their technology, but also their organization to enable iteration velocity and empower teams to move quickly to meet the needs of their customers.
