Yea, at my location Directors wear solid black, front of house shifts wear solid red, front of house trainers wear the 'candy cane' red and white striped shirt, front of house is a light gray and white striped, and back of house is the exact same as front but just slight darker enough to see a difference. Back of house shifts and trainers wear chef shirts with the shifts having an almost solid red and trainers having solid blue.

They do at our store and many that ive been too 😂 it goes by red shirt for team members, black for leads ect regardless of kitchen or FOH
