Hi Richard. I have camped with a motor home and a spork and a space blanket and everything in between. It lots-O-Fun to check out how others are camping. I pick up lots of tips and love to share the wonderful people I meet. I appreciate your comment! Ya Diane and Nancy are out for adventure. They looked up all the information I asked them and gave me the answers when I saw them again. EXCEPT the blinking light. The 3 of us read the description and could not decipher what the heck the manual was describing. A full page of words but no answer... Ha ha ha. 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘! =𝓒𝓸𝓼𝓶𝓸 ✅
Thanks Ronald I have really taken a liking to RV'ing and meeting new people. So far I have been meeting the nicest people who love the outdoors. I am in good company! 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘! =𝓒𝓸𝓼𝓶𝓸 ✅
Nice interview Cosmo! I wish them many happy adventures! I hope they keep an extra eye on their transmission… they are very close to the limit - some car manufacturers recommend not towing much more than half the limit for the life of the car. ~ Maria
Me too! These gals made smart choices for what they have planned. They know what they are doing at all the decision points. So nice to meet great people! Regards Maria. =Cosmo

Cosmo, I started watching your Vistabule videos before we purchased our two travel trailers. I have a 2021 nuCamp TAB 400 Boondock similar to this one, but with a wardrobe closet where the fridge is. My fridge is smaller and on the passenger side. The batteries are two 6V AGM and under the bed, though nuCamp in 2022 made it easier to upgrade to lithium should one decide to do so in the future. The storage area accessible from the outside has a battery cut-off switch and a circuit breaker. The solar panel is 190W.
Hey Thanks Michael. 190 watts is useful. I believe Nancy and Diane ordered the rig with 2 Lithium batteries. Putting the batteries under the bed is smart. It helps keep them at a desirable temperature. I am wondering why they put the circuit breakers and fuses on the other side of a wall accessible from exterior while the the batteries are accessible from the interior. Probably a reason why. NuCamp has good common sense in their builds. They understand how much ventilation and windows contribute to the experience of camping (for some). The 400 is a nice rig I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for commenting. =Cosmo

Hahaha! OMG Cosmo - if i met you on the trail I'd be petrified for you to interview me! haha - better know what I'm doing huh?? I must say - I am so surprised a 4 cyl and could tow 5300 lbs. I'll have to look into that vehicle especially with that kind of gas mileage!- anyway I sure enjoyed this episode as usual they're all fun and great to watch. Happy Trails! :)
Naa Susan. I will be gentile. Nancy and Diane had more answers than most of the people I interview. They were very well informed. I was impressed with the fuel mileage they are getting. Maryland is pretty flat where we were and maybe that helps. I look forward to interviewing you! 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘! =𝓒𝓸𝓼𝓶𝓸 ✅
always enjoy you videos Cosmo. I must say it seems the entire month of April has been windy everywhere in the country. we had a lot of wind on our entire round trip out west and back. made it difficult and some days impossible to cook outdoors. I will say when it comes to knowing fuel mileage the only real way way is by using pen ,paper and a calculator on each fill up and it takes many many fillups before you can get an average because it can so easily change with weather and terrain. by the way you got any plans for a cross country trip this summer?
Hi Duane welcome back! I will be featuring you in the next month or two. Ya wind screen is needed for stove and even that can be challenging at times. Assategue is was VERY windy. 20 to 40 mph winds a lot. No one could put up awnings for fear they would be ripped off the rig. Hope your trip was fun. Dont most cars have a miles per gallon indicator these days? Mine does and its a source of constant misery with the fuel prices... Ha ha ha. Regards =Cosmo
Cosmo, Yahoo! So were the two gals… That’s quite a rig they’re hauling around… 19 miles a gallon? Regular gas for the turbo charger? I have a friend who Drives a VW Tiguan with the turbo charger, He loves it… Uses high test when he’s taking long road trips and regular around town I guess his mileage is good… Carry-on you’re awesome
Thanks. Diane and Nancy were not clear on all the details and neither are most of the people I interview. BUT they have a lust for life and are out enjoying nature which made us instant friends. 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘! =𝓒𝓸𝓼𝓶𝓸 ✅
That's getting pretty up there in price....RV's are going up in price so fast it's incredible. I think if I was going to buy something in this price / weight range I'd just spend more..... go full send and get an Oliver trailer.
Thanks Todd. I see so many wonderful rigs its actually hard to choose. Diane and Nancy had a prior trailer and knew what they were doing. Some questions I asked they pulled out the manuals and dug up the answers for when I returned. When you look up Enthusiastic RV'ers in the dictionary you will find a photo of them! I m looking forward to your next video which should have something that will improve the outdoor experience! =Cosmo
What an awesome little rig they had there!!! Very nice details. Not ginormous but not tiny either. I'm pleasantly shocked at the gas mileage. I wish my car would kick the bucket, but she's so dang reliable (knock on wood) every year she lasts, is another year in the piggy bank for a new one and a camper. Thanks for sharing!
I agree. Fantastic fuel mileage. I think its a matter of matching the vehicle with the rig. But I dont now the matching formula. They were almost getting the same fuel mileage as me. But this area of Maryland is somewhat flat and I am usually in the mountains. We are all trying to get better gas mileage these days. I don't understand the prices of these trailers. $45,000 is crazy mark up. Just like the teardrops. This trailer should not be over $20000 an thats still ridiculously high.
ya. I have no idea what it costs to build one. I will say this. It is very solid. I have been in 5th wheel rigs that feel flimsy compared to this one. Solid wood floor feels good when you walk on it. Most trailers sound thing and noisy when walking in them. We are fortunate to have so many great choices. 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘! =𝓒𝓸𝓼𝓶𝓸 ✅
nüCamp quality is very very good. We have the T@Gxl boondock edition … the price also depends on the dealer …. Our dealer in VT has the best prices I’ve seen across the states. ~ Maria
Ha ha ha. Funny Michael. I saw so many great rigs first hand I would be in worse poverty than I already am. Big rigs are nice too. But I could never do what I do with a big rig. It would be shredded. But its good to indulge my fantasies. 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘! =𝓒𝓸𝓼𝓶𝓸 ✅

Ha I agree Cindy they are out for fun. Are you camping this spring? =Cosmo
@@CosmoWeems Sadly I haven't got mine out yet this year. Its finally warm here in West Virginia so I'm looking forward to some teardroppin soon.
Great video! I definitely prefer these types of run downs on trailers. Thanks for taking the time to show us some awesome set ups!
Thanks Brian. Its fun to compare these rigs (and owners). Regards =Cosmo
I like that you find alternative RV options.
