Hi Leigh, I purchased one of these a week ago and I must say the build quality and finish is up there with the best. It sounds and plays great and the pickup choice suits the music I''m into playing. Andertons are doing these and a great price right now, so even better value for the money. My only gripe is that a hard case would have been a nice touch, but of course that would have no doubt added to the cost. I would certainly recommend anyone to try one of these beauty's out. The Gold finish is the best in my opinion although I'm sure the black and silver also look great. Thanks for taking the time to review and share your views on this superb guitar. Nice one 🤟

Yeah I get you, a hard case is always a nice touch, but that would definitely add to the price, and I guess these guitars are so competitively priced that shelling out a little extra for a good case isn't the end of the world, but I totally get it! It would be interesting to see stores give you that as an optional upgrade at the checkout stage, that way, anyone who needs a hardcase for a specific guitar can order a suitable one at the time of purchase
I love my Pro X. You know I have the S type model in Black Sparkle. Did have to have it set up as the action was a bit high for my aging arthritic hands but it’s a lot of guitar for the price.

@@LeighFugeGuitar Definitely enjoying it, yes. In my humble opinion it’s a great guitar in every aspect. I was lucky to get it when I did as they’ve now gone back up to £1199. That said, I think you still get “more” guitar for your money than you would from the big names with their guitars in the same price bracket.
