Big same. Song was eh to me on the initial listen, but the more I listened to it, the more I enjoyed it. Now it's one of my favorite A3 Golden League songs to listen to atm, although it feels weird that this song was released in a Golden League.
@@darkaura9559 where are the unfitting 12ths in chronos wwyr? i dont think ive ever really found anything wrong with its 12th notes but i could be misremembering
I enjoy this song, but man, 5th A3 Golden League Expert chart 15 in a row. Really feels like Konami forgot Golden League songs could also be 14s, 16s, and 17s on Expert. This song could've easily been a nice 14 on Expert.
Weirdly enough I enjoy simple yet overcharted songs. But at a 15 expert, I can only hope that the challenge chart is a shock arrow chart and not a crazier 16-17 lmao
If they put the 16ths in the places where they should've been & don't add any more unnecessary steps, I can kinda see the Challenge chart acting like an intro 16 in that case.
hey remember when 1st mix randomly included a song from one of the great classic albums of second wave ska? that was weird wasn’t it? anyway this song is pretty cool
Yeah, I usually side in favor of denser charts, but playing this with the assist sounds off feels bizarre. Many of the triplets don't follow elements of the music, and several of the audible drum fills are uncharted. New Era's challenge chart pulls similar triplets from thin air, but in that case, the overcharting feels more natural for some reason.
@@DeshaunXD I agree on the chart. The song? I disagree on it being meh. It sounds unique in a good way in a game now dominated w/ EDM sound, not to mention it's been a while since we last got a good Ska song in DDR.
So…a few things: 1. A3 sure loves its Golden League 15’s 2. If this artist is Konami personnel, why is he not credited with the BEMANI Sound Team banner?
To answer your second question, songs where multiple BST artists collaborate for the song often do not use the Bemani Sound Team label, particularly those that aren't just a combination of their main alias names. Notable recent example of this include iconoclasm and Star Marlic Jr. "GRAN-NEW DRAMATIC BOYS" features 3 in-house artists: Yoshihiko Koezuka who primarily composed it & provided the vocals, another in-house artist with the unknown alias of "Sacha" who provided the trumpets, and an unknown in-house artist that provided the guitars. The alias first appeared in Gitadora as "GRAN DRAMATIC BOYS", where it featured two of the aforementioned artists w/ their respective roles & Mutsuhiko Izumi as the guitarist. Since Izumi retired from Konami in 2019, there is a new in-house artist that assisted with guitars, hence the "NEW" in this alias.
This song grew on me

Those two triplet runs at the end caught me off guard when I first played it. Felt so odd.
Probably cause they don’t belong, lol.
It’s like Chronos Walk You Remix all over again.
And I say that as a 12th note simp…!

@@familyguyfreemoviedownload8314 At the very end, right before the final 16th note stream.
There’s literally no 12ths in the music itself there.
Notes 520-532.
Ska a gogo with steroids
Oh hey look a new VOLTAGE Special Chart

Agreed, it would be a pretty dope tune for an intro 16
UPDATE: After playing this chart a bunch, I hereby declare it would be hilarious if they made this chart a 17-18 CSP
Not one of the best GL songs out there, but I can’t get that na-na-na-na-na outta my head… lol

Very overcharted. I love the song but this could have and probably should have been written as a 13.

I think they could have made a decent 14 out of this if they put the 16ths in the right places & didn't go excessive with them.

It seems so.... Generic to me
The song or the chart?
@@DDRMudkipz I personally think both. The song is Ska A Go Go evolved. Meh.
The patterns are forgettable. Also meh
