Holy crap, the "I'm sorry, my friend" story left me more pissed off than scared, I wanted to see some ghostly vengeance. I'm really hoping for a continuation where the friend's ghost comes back for revenge and traps that guy in a fridge to be crushed to death too. Geez, what a horrid friend!
I honestly think it's the scariest story of the bunch. There's no creepy monster, no psycho killer, no mystical phenomena, but that actually just makes it _more_ terrifying because of how _real_ that makes it. Who needs deranged psychos or man-killing monsters when the folly and flaws of people - ordinary, everyday people, not even murderous lunatics or deranged madmen - rear their ugly heads with the health and safety of others in the balance?

You forget that people, when in a panicked state or under the influence of fear, tend to not think rationally. Not to mention in some cases you may not have a weapon at your disposal, may not be able to call the police, nor in a situation where turning all the lights on will do anything to help. You can’t say ‘Classic American Stories’ when that doesn’t have anything to do with, like, anything. Plus, half of these stories aren’t even real, nor would we really even have horror stories in the first place if it weren’t for people making these decisions. ._.

It wasn't just chicken. It was a string of events the kid was afraid to get beat, then daddy comes in with food and he was probably really hungry. Honestly I blame the parents if they didn't beat the kid he wouldn't have been so afraid to get help.

In the "I'm sorry my friend" story, telling people wouldn't have brought Jung-ho back, but it would've at least given some coverage to Jung-ho's mother. Imagine losing your child and not knowing what happened to him/her. At least knowing would stop giving her false hope that Jung-ho is still alive.

I have a story of my own. "It was late at night and i came home from my friend's house. My mom wasn't supposed to be home from work in 10 minutes. I called "MOM" just to be sure.
She said from upstairs "what is it?". Before i could answer she came through the front door and said "hi sorry I was stuck in traffic.". I wnet upstairs to where i heard the voice and saw something, almost humanoid, jump out of the window.
