I really felt Five’s frustration this whole episode. He literally did everything he could to get him and his siblings home, and with the exception of Alison who was attacked without warning, nobody else seemed to give a shit or tried at all to get to the briefcase on time.

that fight sequence with “Everybody” playing in the background has to be one of my favorite sequences in all of The Umbrella Academy. it was just perfect. ❤
This one may be my favorite of the series. It has so many great moments. Five taking out the commission, Ben and Diego, Vanya and Five on the road (pretty much every scene involving Five). Also, don’t mess with Allison.
Five and Klaus have consistently been my favorites. I know Five was probably suppressing his psycho feelings of wanting to just kill the rest of his family. His frustration was deep. The actor that plays him is SOO DAMN GOOD at it that you can truly believe he is an old man stuck in a younger body. As for the scene between him and Vanya...My money is on him. She's got op powers but she'd have to be quick enough to use it against a trained assassin like Five, first. He could have ended her before she got a blast out. I found out that in the comics, the commission would enhance their assassins to make them harder to kill. That explained Hazel and Cha-Cha from season one. Five was infused with the dna of several historical serial killers in history. You can kind of see that because the actor does these little twitches and/or tweaks like he's trying to suppress his violent urges. It was definitely evident at the massacre he did at the opening...and how he went nuts on the candy machine for his chocolate fix. Lmao. That whole opening was amazing and Five showed just how savage he was in this one, more than he did in season one. He's a beast! Allison doesn't use her power much because she knows it can turn into a spiral.( Like the coffee shop, for example) But she definitely has a badass power too. That opening of the first episode where she used it on those soldiers...🤯..😯wow! The weakest power is probably Luther's, which is ironic because his is based on endurance and strength. Lol Definitely a favorite episode for me.
This was one of the best episodes of the series for me. So much chaos but so good. I especially loved Ben and Diego and of course the standoff in the road. Plus, it's amazing to me that despite one of them having the power to literally destroy the world, Allison's power is consistently played as the scariest one. Her making one of the Swedes kill another was BRUTAL.
You can’t bring more people to travel to the future since the timeline is so messed up to begin with. It will make it even worse and you’ll see later in the season.
