Well, mine seems waaaaay off. I guess whoever did the calibration missed this. I'm going to have to calibrate it myself. That happens today actually. It's suppose to come calibrated for espresso but mine like I said was way off. Not even close. I can't get the flow under control in my machine even when setting the grind to its lowest/finest size from factory calibration. Bit annoying for a grinder that costs a thousand dollars but I guess the old adage of "you gotta spend 3 thousand dollars for a good grinder" is true even today :(.
I can’t really tell you how it’s compared to a niche or any other home grinder - because I only own professional grinders. One thing I can tell you is that it was quite hard for me to get a super clean cup with this grinder - especially with lighter roasts. That’s one reason why I got rid of my unit a few weeks after uploading this video.

Hi, do you recomend to re-adjust the grind sizes? This already comes calibrated for a good espresso, rigth?

The Mahlkönig Peak and the Mythos 2 both made some very clean tasting cups.
