I love the economy of motion in Rich's hands. His left hand seems to float back and forth above the fretboard while the fingers hardly move individually.
I'm glad they talked a little and compared this to the Eastman guitar. I'm trying to decide whether to get this or an Eastman 503. can't decide....

That is a fabulous looking guitar, with a sound to match.
I’ve had mine e for a few years now, it’s a great box for the money. Build quality is fantastic although the pots are already getting scratchy even after constant cleaning….cant complain tho, not for 600 with HSC.

Really Great Video. I have an LH EXL-1 from 2018. I guess my biggest questions are around the differences and is it worth it for the changes. It sounds beautiful. I wish I could play like you Rich. Such an economy of movement you have on that fretboard.

i have a 2004 exl 1 dp, with all the abalone. great, great instrument. if you can, check out (all in one) guitars, the 335 is excellent.
I had the same guitar and returned it. Much happier with my Epi Broadway although it’s a different animal altogether(it has mounted pups)..
Gotta love the plumbers sink wrench headstock or you can open your bud light bottles with it..a proud moment for D'Angelico.. Hey Bill bring your guitar over I need to tighten my faucet nuts..

Don't know....beautiful for sure, but to me not a very strong sound
