First time I came across someone who is speaking flawless, without any fancy words which super complicate the things and the best part is, there is not even a fraction of second of stammering..
1. Start thinking in English
2. Watch English tv series n movies
3. Practice speaking in front of mirror everyday atleast half an hour.

I did all the exact same thing! I'm so glad someone is talking about something I did. Well I don't really talk before the mirror, but I do talk to myself everyday, necessarily not to improve communication, but to also pamper myself! A me time is a must! ❣️
I do the same.. I talk to myself to pamper and to make myself strong..
I have been training Communication skills for the last 8 years. I completely approve of every point that you have made here. This is so spot on. Thinking in English and exposing yourself to a lot of spoken English are the key first steps to improving your spoken English! Great video!

I have done all these things... But instead of mirror, I used to call at any customer Care centre and choose English language to talk and used to lengthen the particular issue. 😂

I have been working on this since last two months and now I started speaking but I have to work on native American English and I'm still working very hard for it and I'm pretty sure about it that in coming two to three month I'll be good at American English. Everyday I am spending 3 to 4 hours on my study specially watching native teachers and phrasal verbs idioms a and many more things that can't be written down here. And one more thing I would like to mention here that I am from a small village but I have made up my mind to learn this stuffs and if I can do anyone can do. so go for it.
A line I'd read somewhere that
a quitter never wins but a winner never quits.
And I printed it out and sticked on my desk so that I can read it everyday.
Only one thing keep in your mind that never give up, everyone makes mistakes its not a big deal.
I really appreciate your hard work and you proved yourself as a good speaker, i have noticed one thing ,when i start speaking eng. Even for just one whole day it gives me best result & more confident at it, if i just read, watch ,learn eng. Stuffs it doesn't work much unless i speak out more than hindi , so best way is to speak as much as you can at home, outside or with anyone , i have been practicing eng. For an long time, it didn't get satisfied just cuz i never spoke that much as i speak my Hindi lang., so in order to improve it, you have to speak

You know what I do ? as other ppl write diary, I just shoot a daily video everynight telling my camera what I did the whole day..

this is first ever video which I found on the RUclips disclosing the truth behind learning spoken English in a right way.i went to same process it took me 5 years to become as fluent as anybody else . believe me it is not very tough, but little time consuming process, but once you master this spoken English . it is going to give lots of respect in northern part of our country. I am from pure Hindi medium school so it took me lots of time.

I want to say one thing that learning new language is sign of intellegent coz you need to use ur brain in order to be aware with the 2nd language. English is not everybody's cup of tea.. it takes confidence to speak English..it takes drafting skills to write any letter or noting in English... it takes months to learn that how to communicate with People who are already fluent in English...

Great points, and kudos on your speaking English fluently journey! Another thing that I'd like to add is - find someone who's really fluent, and who speaks grammatically correct English (this is hard, because we tend to borrow grammatical structures from our native languages) and talk to them. Ask them to point out mistakes. This would come after the mirror-talk stage, cuz at that point you'd be comfortable in the language, but you may not be comfortable in ALL topics. So pick such a person to talk to, and talk only in English. At the end of the day, language skills are like any other skills, they improve with practice.

Your english is too good very clear pronunciation...
It is okay not to speak in English. Even I am a bangali but still used to communicate in English. Pronunciation is important. How many people know the grammer part? Very few one right? so Grammer basically comes when person start preparing for competitive exams. But for english people should Start speaking in English. . Yes we should think and talk in english not in our mother tongue☺️👍Then only we can improve our English.

I had the same yet unique issue. I used to think in English ever since I went to college & started watching Hollywood & English sit-coms. But still fumbled to construct sentences in English when I were to talk about my personal stuff. Means when I'm talking about formal things I was okay but when comes to informal I was struggling. Then I consulted my best friend, she's very fluent in English & her oratory skill is the best I ever seen. So we decided we'll call & talk daily at least 10mins, for my improvement. We ended up talking for more than 1 hour/day (as she's an intellectual person we never ran out of topics). We talked about Politics, Govt policies, personal day-to-day activities, Quora answers, GK, etc. Within 2 weeks I was pretty much fluent. Best thing was she always corrected me when I was wrong but NEVER judged me.
So, thinking in English & watching English series/movies is okay (but not very effective though helps), the best is find a friend who's genuinely willing to help you talking to you for 10-20mins daily without passing any judgement.

I applied same in my life to learn. Thinking in english n mirror makes miracle and as u said I learnt my mother tongue Konkani by talking to my baby. So I learnt 2 language by applying 3 things. Guys try it

I've watched lots of english tutorial videos, channels but most of them are being run by English people.
So I find it pretty hard to understand and relate myself to those contents.
But after watching your video I'm feeling super excited and motivated to achieve this goal.

People who deliberately use accents doesn't seem genuine enough.
