The density of water would create greater inertia to harness more energy with turbines. Hopefully, those power harnessing turbines will be strong enough to hold up against powerful storm surges.

This kind of turbines pose a major environmental problem that can have huge impacts on the zones installed. They are not as efficient as they see, and I think that can be useful in many ways but are not the solution to the problem of the next energy crisis. The solution may be a mix of more efficient electric and electronic devices with education to avoid energy waste
