Looks like the skyline has change a lot , more structures being build another 2 years will be more vibrant business district in the city, there is a magnet of attraction when night fall too, I hope you get that
yeah it has changed a lot. Give it few more years and hopefully more projects for the upper east. I heard that there's a street market being set up every late afternoon? haven't got the chance to visit the place though

@@johnpaolobas1036 just compare infrastructure of these 2 cities then you'll see the difference. My wife is from Bacolod, lots of good food to offer specially the Bulalo. Its a slower pace and it's a slow extension compare to ILOILO.
