Freya once again effortlessly proves she is undoubtedly powerful. While the most powerful creature is threatening her she still entered that room with such confidence and wisdom, I just have to love her. She faced Hopes threats just like she did Niklaus, Freya is one of my favorites for a reason!
Hope is nothing to Rebekah, Freya and Kol(the last mikealsons alive aside from hope) those 3 are literally a thousand years old and are SO much more powerful, much more smart and skilled

Yeah, when Rebekah unveiled that urn I bawled my eyes out, obviously I knew he was dead and all, but seeing that urn was just a strong and heartbreaking reminder of the death of a character who means so much to me.
Maybe now that Hope knows the truth. She'll stop obssessing over Landon and think his all she had left. Which was ridiculous. Because she had the Salzman's as well. Maybe it was her feeling abandoned by family that made her cling to Landon. Now she remembers how much they love her and how much they sacrificed for her.

Hope grew up with Freya in her teenage years. Out of all the Originals left, she respects Freya the most as Freya was there for her. To disappoint someone you look up to with your actions and words may leave you feeling ashamed if you still care about what they think of you. You can see in Hope's face at 2:48 that she does care. Also, don't forget that Freya is a very powerful and experienced witch that has checked her siblings (mainly Klaus) when they misbehave 😂. If she wanted to hurt Hope, she could, she is definitely not scared of her. Their goal is to get their niece to turn on her humanity, not add fuel to the fire. Don't forget The Originals are over a thousand years old and have committed many monstrous things to others and to each other.
I love that Freya couldn't care less about Hope's empty threats. She faced klaus's threats when she entered the family and practically raised Hope. All of her Da'ad's attitude in her comes from Freya's upbringing so I think Freya is still a parent to 2 children. Rebekah surprisingly can't handle Hope. Or Lagecies destroyed her.
Fraya and Kluas could easily be twins because they where so much a like. So it's understandable since Hope spent so much time with Fraya. The personality would rub off onto Hope. Hope barely spent anytime with Kluas. So the personality of Hope's that doesn't come from Heyley is from Fraya.
Well Rabecca barely spent anytime with Hope. The most she spent time with Hope was for 8 months when Hope was a infant. Fraya understands where this attitude of Hope comes from. So she's better at handling her. Plus she spent the most time with Hope. Fraya understands Hope better than any of the other living Mikaelson's.

The only personality Fraya got from being the oldest is the responsibility as the oldest to do and fix everything for her younger simblings. The tough faced that Fraya puts on comes from her treatment as a child. Not only are her and Kluas are so much alike. But they had similar childhood. Kluas experienced physically and mentally abused at the hands of Mikeal. Fraya experience the life of slavery and mentally abused from a very young age by Dahlia. Both Kluas and Fraya wanted to protect Hope from experiencing what they had. Beats they go about it the wrong way. Fraya gives Hope too much freedom to do whatever she wants. Because she doesn't want to make the same mistakes by emotionally harming the girl the same way she was. Kluas tend to keep his distance from Hope more than he should when he thinks it's the best thing for her. This personality comes from the things they experience. But Hope being raised or around them alot growing up picked up on this personality. Hope is Kluas Daughter and Fraya loves her niece as she would her own child.
The saddest part about all this. Is Fraya had already lost a child by her own hands. Now she fears that she's losing another. Fraya killed her own child long ago before it was even born by poison to protect him from Dahlia. She never got over the pain of losing a child. Having Hope in her life helped her heal. Now she's responsible for the death of another child she views as her own. Unlike her unborn child Hope came back as Fraya knew she would. But than Hope ended up turning off her humanity temporarily erressing the real Hope. So Fraya and the others are desperate to get Hope back. Because Hope being like this is like them losing their miracle child.
Finally they showed the actors from the Originals and the Mikaelsons family in the series. I don't know about you people but I've been waiting for that since the beginning the Legacies started.

This has got to be one of the BEST episodes on legacies hands down because I been so tired of the monster clownery madness and the cringeness but when they add episodes like this it puts a different FEEL on things and makes me feel nostalgic because I miss the originals so much as a long time fan of the TVD universe. And altogether this episode had me very in tune and not bored as I was starting to get previously watching legacies.

Depending on who had the baby, Freya or Keelin (im not sure), either way its a possibility that the child is either a wolf-witch hybrid which would be great bc we havent gotten that type of hybrid at all in any of the shows; Or that hes a very powerful witch bc he has Vincent and Freya's DNA who are both very powerful. He would also be a first born mikaleson which would make him even more powerful if freya had the baby. So many possibilities for a spin off with little Nik. Maybe even hope can show up as well, oohh so many ideas i love this.

I sometimes wonder why Freya does the things she does. She tries to bind Hope’s werewolf side, she helps trap her family to take out the hollow, and kills Hope activate her vampire side. All dangerous and risky things a child shouldn’t be exposed to. Then I remember her Aunt Dahlia. Dahlia never gave Freya any sort of choice, not even over her own death. Freya doesn’t want to be anything like that, so she respects Hope’s choices. I do feel like she overcorrected though because Hope does get away with a lot.
@@ericasharp1872 Dahlia didn’t give Freya a choice from birth. Freya on the other hand allowed Hope to do whatever she wanted, even if it was dangerous. I understand they were for a certain reason, but Freya didn’t even seem to hesitate to do whatever Hope needed. Children should have a voice in decisions about themselves, but they also need limits. Freya is basically Hope’s guardian now and she needs to think like it a bit more. Give her freedom, but make sure she’s safe and not hurting anyone.

So instead of doing what Dalia did and try to control Hope life. Fraya stood by Hope and supported her so the girl wasn't alone. Hope is powerful enough to do anything on her own. She didn't need Fraya's help. She just wanted it. It was the same on Legacies with Hope decision to activate her vampire side. Hope was gonna kill herself with or without Fraya. Fraya didn't want Hope to do it alone. So she told Alaric to stall till she was ready for Hope. If Fraya hadn't of been there to support her. Than Hope may have died alone and she may have suffered. Fraya made it so Hope died a peaceful death in her love ones arms. Yes Fraya could be more stern and say no to Hope. But that wouldn't make a difference. Alaric is kinda a guardian as well and he always says no. Hope doesn't listen. She always does what she wants. Fraya suffered from Dylia her whol life. She didn't want to hurt Hope the same way. She loved Hope so much. She just wanted her to be okay and happy. Which she wasn't without her family on Originals season 5. Just like How Heyley didn't want Hope to grow up the same way she herself did. Fraya didn't want to put Hope though any of the same things she herself went through at Dalia's hands. She didn't want to hurt Hope the same way she herself was hurt.

You’re right though that Hope would still be strong enough to do things on her own, but Freya would at least try to have a conversation about it. Hope was still in mourning when she took in the Hollow. Freya could’ve told Hope to wait a beat before trying anything that dangerous. They could’ve tried to find another way in meantime too. When we’re in that kind of state sometimes we can’t think straight and being a teenager sometimes they can’t see pass the moment. It’s good that Freya does support Hope and all her decisions, but as I said I believe it’s mostly because of how she was raised.

Amagin if Fraya wasn't there. Hope would probably have died alone and in pain. She definitely would not of had a peaceful death that only Fraya could give her. Fraya present was not just there to turn her niece. But to make Hope feel safe calm and at peace with herself. Fraya even pulled Hope into her arms. So when Hope died. She did so in her loving aunt's/mother figure warm protective embrace.
out of all vampires HOPE has the best " the emotion off " version and I like it that the whole universe is trying to bring her humanity back but she is very strong and it didn't flip back just by some random memories
I’m glad they address that issue of hope becoming pregnant however I always knew she could she is klaus so of course she would have his ability to procreate and make essentially natural born tribrids as well.

There’s a difference between carrying a baby & giving birth and impregnating someone. I mean I know Caroline did but she got pregnant through a spell and I think it’s different to getting pregnant naturally

Elijah was the only one who believed that Klaus could really change and become better. Also he was giving me the sense that Elijah made him feel safe and that he could protect him, whereas with Rebekah Klaus had to protect her.

Older people usually calls the younger generations child no matter how old they were even if they where in their early to late 20.

Freya is indeed one of the most powerful witches of this series. Not only because she is a Mikaelson and a first born, but she has a year over a hundred to learn and master so many spells and magics. She learned from Dahlia, who knows so many spells, in addition to her studying Esther’s grimoires.
Rebekah and freya are powerfull sisters powerfull hope has no change against them... freya: sweety, being feard and being strong are two differerent things...great scene
Freya’s presence is so powerful! & to be honest, yes, Hope can be more powerful than her, but we are talking about the oldest of the Mikaelson family. She is far beyond more experient than Hope.
I haven’t watched this show. But I love the vampire diaries. And Rebekah looks SO AMAZING here. She was always pretty but I wasn’t even sure that was her at first.
While the show is called Legacies, the emotional support and power her family gives her is just 🤯. Freya's soft voice emanated so much power. Rebekah recognizing their actions over time while acknowledging how Niklaus was in fact the one to show them how powerful family is. I'm glad Hope was able to have this moment with her aunts, uncle and brother... SHOUTOUT TO VINCENT the MVP

Apparently she was sealed during the time the movies debuted, it was in Vampire Diaries that there was a scene that the high school had a 80's party theme and Rebekah was brought by Stefan after the decoration was completed at night since she never experience the 80's.
I’m happy we got to see the family again, but I am so disappointed at how they wrote the episode. Kol said 2 lines. There was no goodbye scene or hug cause she wasn’t physically home. Why a funeral now after 3-4 years? There should’ve been more conversation. The whole episode could’ve been based around them. They didn’t get to see her humanity turn back on…
She would have put up more of a fight if they didn't bring up the baby thing. Almost all of her immediate loved ones died so of course learning she can have a family will overwhelm her especially since all she ever wanted was for her family to be together

As someone who is adopted, it would be nice if writers had some vampires adopt children. Like Rebekah, for example, I know some just blood their own kids, but still, it would be an nice touch. Edit: I am very about Marcel, Lizzie, and Josie. That doesn't mean we can't have more representation. I will always bite my lip when characters get pissy when they can't have kids and completely roll out the adoption, sorry🤷🏻♀️

This family does everything it can to avoid revealing the supernatural to those that aren’t in the know (unapproved humans). Legally adopting a kid in modern times is very difficult. They research your history, get references, etc. None of them would pass a legal adoption. Carolyn didn’t adopt. In the government’s eyes she’s the birth mother of Josie and Lizzie. Klaus adopted Marcel hundreds of years ago, when it was easy to adopt and you could easily fake papers. It’s not practical for monsters to do so legally. They could unofficially agree to care for a street kid or someone not in the system, but they would have to be careful around them all of the time. There’s more security when it’s someone you’re bound to by blood or by marriage.

I don't remember how Finn and Freya called him most of the time, but it's either Klaus or Niklaus. Hayley I believe called him Klaus 95% of the time.

Dahlia would've never said such a thing. Dahlia was all about power. She could care less about family. The only one she truly loved was her sister Esther and she felt betrayed by her. I would hate the idea, honestly, as much as I would absolutely kill to see Klaus again. I wouldn't want to see Klaus again if it isn't Joseph playing the infamous character.
There is no “Otherside Side” or “Ancestral Realm” anymore, only peace. Klaus can’t be brought back because there is no magical place or realm for supernaturals anymore. There is no way to retrieve his spirit from heaven. Eternal peace. Everyone just dies and goes to peace.

I always loved Rebekah as a character. I would have loved a Rebekah and Marcel spinoff, ending in both of them taking the cure and having a family of their own like Rebekah always wanted. I feel bad that as of the Legacies finale, she's still a vamp and has to wait for Damon/Elena to dye in order to get her cure. By that time, Hope would probably have her own family if she chose to
It's good that they had Hope's family bring Hope's humanity back. But what I hate is the fact since Hope's none humanity self is still haunting Humanity Hope. Her family wasn't enough to make her whole. Now if it's just Hope discoving who she is that makes her whole. Than i have no problem. But if this is Brett Matthew and the writers way to only have Hope's family bring back their nieces good side as away to hide the fact they are actually secretly involving Landon as the one who fully brings Hope back making her whole. If that's it. Than that is a problem. Because that would mean this was Bratt Mathew way of hiding the fact that Hope's humanity still revolves around Landon behind the Mikaelson's episode. After my reading theories on Reddit. These writers are not fooling me.
I love how Hope is so unique. That her humanity switch created two Hope's. But I can't enjoy it because I fear this is their way to bring Landon once again into Hope's life and storyline. Unlike other characters whom got to experience different storylines and lovers. Hope's character can't have a storyline from beginning to end without it revolving around Landon one way or another. Hope doesn't even have time to heal and move on before her dead boyfriend once again comes back into her life. This season will be over soon and we see Hope and Landon in the same scene in one of the trailers. I swear if they end this season with Hope dying and reuniting with Landon in limbo as a cliffhanger or whatever. I'll be really upset.

Fraya and Kluas could easily be twins because they where so much a like. So it's understandable since Hope spent so much time with Fraya. The personality would rub off onto Hope. Hope barely spent anytime with Kluas. So the personality of Hope's that doesn't come from Heyley is from Fraya.
Well Rabecca barely spent anytime with Hope. The most she spent time with Hope was for 8 months when Hope was a infant. Fraya understands where this attitude of Hope comes from. So she's better at handling her. Plus she spent the most time with Hope. Fraya understands Hope better than any of the other living Mikaelson's.
Rebekah was the youngest of her siblings, Freya is the eldest, thats where the personalities came from..

The only personality Fraya got from being the oldest is the responsibility as the oldest to do and fix everything for her younger simblings. The tough faced that Fraya puts on comes from her treatment as a child. Not only are her and Kluas are so much alike. But they had similar childhood. Kluas experienced physically and mentally abused at the hands of Mikeal. Fraya experience the life of slavery and mentally abused from a very young age by Dahlia. Both Kluas and Fraya wanted to protect Hope from experiencing what they had. Beats they go about it the wrong way. Fraya gives Hope too much freedom to do whatever she wants. Because she doesn't want to make the same mistakes by emotionally harming the girl the same way she was. Kluas tend to keep his distance from Hope more than he should when he thinks it's the best thing for her. This personality comes from the things they experience. But Hope being raised or around them alot growing up picked up on this personality. Hope is Kluas Daughter and Fraya loves her niece as she would her own child.
The saddest part about all this. Is Fraya had already lost a child by her own hands. Now she fears that she's losing another. Fraya killed her own child long ago before it was even born by poison to protect him from Dahlia. She never got over the pain of losing a child. Having Hope in her life helped her heal. Now she's responsible for the death of another child she views as her own. Unlike her unborn child Hope came back as Fraya knew she would. But than Hope ended up turning off her humanity temporarily erressing the real Hope. So Fraya and the others are desperate to get Hope back. Because Hope being like this is like them losing their miracle child.

This has got to be one of the BEST episodes on legacies hands down because I been so tired of the monster clownery madness and the cringeness but when they add episodes like this it puts a different FEEL on things and makes me feel nostalgic because I miss the originals so much as a long time fan of the TVD universe. And altogether this episode had me very in tune and not bored as I was starting to get previously watching legacies.

He would also be a first born mikaleson which would make him even more powerful if freya had the baby. So many possibilities for a spin off with little Nik. I sometimes wonder why Freya does the things she does. She tries to bind Hope’s werewolf side, she helps trap her family to take out the hollow, and kills Hope activate her vampire side. All dangerous and risky things a child shouldn’t be exposed to. Then I remember her Aunt Dahlia. Dahlia never gave Freya any sort of choice, not even over her own death. Freya doesn’t want to be anything like that, so she respects Hope’s choices. I do feel like she overcorrected though because Hope does get away with a lot.

I understand they were for a certain reason, but Freya didn’t even seem to hesitate to do whatever Hope needed. Children should have a voice in decisions about themselves, but they also need limits. Freya is basically Hope’s guardian now and she needs to think like it a bit more. Give her freedom, but make sure she’s safe and not hurting anyone.

Fraya made it so Hope died a peaceful death in her love ones arms.
Yes Fraya could be more stern and say no to Hope. But that wouldn't make a difference. Alaric is kinda a guardian as well and he always says no. Hope doesn't listen. She always does what she wants. Fraya suffered from Dylia her whol life. She didn't want to hurt Hope the same way. She loved Hope so much. She just wanted her to be okay and happy. Which she wasn't without her family on Originals season 5. Just like How Heyley didn't want Hope to grow up the same way she herself did. Fraya didn't want to put Hope though any of the same things she herself went through at Dalia's hands. She didn't want to hurt Hope the same way she herself was hurt.

You’re right though that Hope would still be strong enough to do things on her own, but Freya would at least try to have a conversation about it. Hope was still in mourning when she took in the Hollow. Freya could’ve told Hope to wait a beat before trying anything that dangerous. They could’ve tried to find another way in meantime too. When we’re in that kind of state sometimes we can’t think straight and being a teenager sometimes they can’t see pass the moment. It’s good that Freya does support Hope and all her decisions, but as I said I believe it’s mostly because of how she was raised.

Fraya present was not just there to turn her niece. But to make Hope feel safe calm and at peace with herself. Fraya even pulled Hope into her arms. So when Hope died. Carolyn didn’t adopt. In the government’s eyes she’s the birth mother of Josie and Lizzie.
Klaus adopted Marcel hundreds of years ago, when it was easy to adopt and you could easily fake papers.
It’s not practical for monsters to do so legally. They could unofficially agree to care for a street kid or someone not in the system, but they would have to be careful around them all of the time. There’s more security when it’s someone you’re bound to by blood or by marriage.

I don't remember how Finn and Freya called him most of the time, but it's either Klaus or Niklaus. Hayley I believe called him Klaus 95% of the time.

But if this is Brett Matthew and the writers way to only have Hope's family bring back their nieces good side as away to hide the fact they are actually secretly involving Landon as the one who fully brings Hope back making her whole. If that's it. Than that is a problem. Because that would mean this was Bratt Mathew way of hiding the fact that Hope's humanity still revolves around Landon behind the Mikaelson's episode. I love how Hope is so unique. That her humanity switch created two Hope's. But I can't enjoy it because I fear this is their way to bring Landon once again into Hope's life and storyline. Unlike other characters whom got to experience different storylines and lovers. Hope's character can't have a storyline from beginning to end without it revolving around Landon one way or another. Hope doesn't even have time to heal and move on before her dead boyfriend once again comes back into her life. This season will be over soon and we see Hope and Landon in the same scene in one of the trailers. I swear if they end this season with Hope dying and reuniting with Landon in limbo as a cliffhanger or whatever. I'll be really upset.
