To give you an example my fiancé former boss has a dive shop w/10 rooms to rent in Puerto Galera for sale. It is one of the nicest dive shops in Puerto Galera. His asking price is 65m pesos but I’m sure he will take less.

I know the owner spent a million dollars for the land and building the property. The reason why they are selling it is because they are building a new resort so they are looking to help fund it with the sale of the dive shop.

I have a 43 room hotel in Cusco, Peru which is the town closest to the Unesco heritage site of Machu Picchu / "Lost city of the Inca's" opened since 2015 so the construction is new and there is no work to be done.
